Marbella is the Gem of the Costa del Sol.It has a very good infrastructure and has year round tourism catering for summer holidays and excellent winter golfing and other activities like horseriding and sailing.The shopping is wonderful and caters for all tastes.There are open air markets on a Monday in Marbella, Thursday at San Pedro(just 6 kms away) and the famous Saturday market at the Bullring near Puerto Banus is well worth a visit.Marbella´s night life is well renowned and boasts many clubs and restaurants.If you just want to relax, the beaches are good, there are plenty of areas for biking or walking along the various promenades.Most businesses and banks have some English speaking staff.

The apartment is very tastefully furnished.The kitchen is well equipped and has an eating area and separate utility area.The Masterbedroom leads out onto the patio.The two other bedrooms each have their own bathrooms.The apartment is on a 4th floor and overlooks the pools and gardens and there is a small sea view.
There is direct access from the secured parking area directly to the apartment.This makes the apartment suitable for people with restricted mobility.The Playas del Duque building also has a 24 hour security and a consierge.

There are two pools in the complex.Sunbeds are available.It is a couple of minutes walk to the beach and most amenities.

Andalucia is known for its long hot summers and usually mild winters.Often over the Xmas period we could have weeks of perfect weather, blue skies and warm days.The Andalucian coastline stretches from the Mediterranean to the Atlantic coasts which results in a varied and interesting landscape.Certain areas are quite flat and others are very mountainous with even some snow on the highest peaks.The amazing cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada are well worth a visit for their cultural and historical significance.There is also skiing during the winter in the Sierra Nevada.There are also many smaller towns that are of interest such as Ronda.Andalusia is both striking and picturesque-a way of life and a land to fall in love with!!
