The rental rates displayed on the details are subject to change at any time. We often have a special offer running for last minute availability due to a change of dates or cancellation, its good to call and ask at any time. In order to reserve the apartment a 15% booking deposit is required by return and the balance of the rental is due 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday.
We also take a £300 security deposit bond which is refunded in accordance with the booking contditions.. We send you the visitors notes and advise you where to collect the keys, and we ask you to return the keys following your stay as requested ( failure to do this will encure you will extra charges) after your holiday. within7 -14 days after the return of the keys, ( no damage in the property) we will refund the security bond.
We employ the services of an English/Spanish speaking managing agent to look after the property, who is available at all times for an emergency in the property.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol enjoys a temperate climate and is mostly sunny all year round. The area has many places of interest and history. The white villages built in Andalucian Style are certainly worth a visit. Ronda is a charming historic town about 45 minutes drive from the coast. Gibraltar is steeped in History and now only takes 30-40 minutes drive.
Why not visit Seville or Cadiz or Granada about 2-3 hrs drive or take an overnight bag and stay the night. Take the train to Ronda from Ageciras . Another great day out is a day in Malaga, take an open top bus city tour and visit some of the great museums (Picasso) in the old square.
Closer to home for the children animal Safari at Selwo hills, Water world at Fuengerola, and many more attractions, details can be found in brochures from the local shops or tourist shops or in the local English newspapers readily available at local shops.
The Puerto Banus area
Medina gardens Puerto Banus Marbella is one of the most prestigious destinations for a great holiday. The apartment benefit from its location with great pools in mature enclosed gardens. So close to the Marina and beaches of the area, with a fantastic selection of restaurants and bars to visit. its also close to natural beaches which still hold the charm of old Spain. There are also great beach bars to visit on the beaches all along the coast.
The Old Town of Marbella has great shopping in the little narrow streets and breakfast or lunch in Orange Square is not to be missed. Puerto Banus with all its fine Yachts and high life is an experience not to be missed. Watch out for the rich & famous. Try an al fresco lunch at Estepona Port, visiting the local Market. The area is also close to San Pedro with many charming areas, lovely beaches and great restaurants.

Low cost airlines operate to Malaga & Gibraltar airports daily, By Car or or Taxi and there is also a direct Airport coach service from Malaga Airport to Marbella Bus station where you can catch a local bus or take a short taxi journey to the apartments at Puerto Banus.
From Gibraltar, hire a car or take the local bus from La LInea Bus Station (ten minute walk from Gibraltar Airport) to Estepona, and then a local bus to the apartments at Puerto Banus.

A 15% deposit of the total rental is required to secure the reservation. The 85% balance of the rental is payable 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday in full.
All payments are to be made by cheque if booked within 10 weeks of the holiday. Late bookings will be required by a bank transfer or by Credit Card via PayPal transfer. We require cleared funds before the release of the apartment keys. The security bond of £300.00 is also required by bank transfer or PayPal and is returnd as per the booking conditions.
