Home description

This comfortable apartment in a quiet location has 24 hour concienge. It is only 200 metres from a very nice and safe beach. It is well furnished and is surrounded by well kept gardens that include a well situated communal swimming pool and padel tennis courts to enjoy. The small private garden leads from the terrace onto the gardens and has sun for most of the day.

It is within a comfortable walking distance to all the amenities such as restaurants and bars including the large Corte Ingles department store and supermarket. In addition, it is close to a very smart shopping mall and many boutiques and shops that surround the chic yatch marina of Puerto Banus.

For golfers the apartment is within 15minutes drive of Golf Valley where you find 4 of the best golf courses on the coast - Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos and La Quinta.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Puerto Banus is one of the most sought after areas on the Costa del Sol for holidays. It has the best beaches and leisure activities on the coast to cater for young and old. The apartment is a short walk from the large Corte Ingles department store and supermarket. Within a 7 minute walk towards the marina there is a large selection of restautants and bars.

For golfers it is very close to 4 of the best golf courses on the coast in golf valley - Los Naranjos, La Quinta, Las Brisas and Aloha. In addition, golf can be easily arranged at these or any of the other championship courses along the coast and taxis are readily available to any of these


Puerto Banus area

It is close to Marbella town centre. It has easy access to Ronda and Mijas as well as Gibraltar.

Marbella town centre and "orange square" is a short bus ride from the apartment.
The beach is 200 metres from the apartment with its beach restaurants and snack bars

A non refundable booking deposit of 300 euros is payable on reservation. This is receipted as confirmation of booking.The balance is payable 60 days before arrival and this is also receipted. A refundable security cheque for 300 euros is collected on arrival and returned on departure unless any damage is done during the tenancy.
