A beautiful townhouse situated in charismatic Aloha Pueblo, with 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, within a few minutes of Puerto Banus and Marbella, and their renowned beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and Marinas. The Pueblo itself has wonderfully maintained gardens, a great sized pool, beautiful architecture and is a perfect location from which to explore the surrounding areas or just to chill out and enjoy the sunshine.
There are lots of things to do locally, children will never be bored, and if there are golfers in your party, they will find at least 10 courses within 10 minutes drive! Walkers, cyclists, and people who just want a total break will also love this location.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Climate - couldn´t be better only a couple of hours from the UK! The Costa del Sol boasts over 320 days of sunshine every year, a great destination for summer holidays yes, but don´t forget Spring, Autumn and Winter, when the weather is always better than home, and it (even in mid-December) still doesn´t get dark until after 6pm!
There are loads of culturally stimulating places to visit (and we can provide lots of useful tips and hints), but if you can´t be bothered, don´t worry - just relax by the pool or play golf at any time of year!
Puerto Banus / Aloha area
The property is located in the heart of Andalucia´s Golf Valley, a stone´s throw from 4 renowned courses. Indeed the ´next door´ Aloha Course has hosted the last 2 Andalucian Opens, this event has grown into a fully-fledged Europen Tour Champioship, won the last 2 years by Lee Westwood and Thomas Levet. It is promoted by Miguel Angel Jimenez, the most famous local since Antonio Banderas and Julio Iglesias! Book early to play this challenging course...
The area is mature and well maintained with an abundance of floral vegetation. The Pueblo itself is a charming mix of colourful houses built in an Andalusian style, with gardens and a pretty central square. Puerto Banus with its marina is interesting by day (great for people watching!) and particularly lively at night with its abundant restaurants, bars and shopping, whilst Marbella offers a mix of the old charm of Orange Square with a sophisticated seafront resort. Marbella/Puerto Banus has long been one of Europe's top vacation spots. Sun, sea and golf make it an all year round destination. With around 32 courses (including one floodlit ) it caters for all level of golfer, but it offers a great deal more with most pursuits and interests catered for. By way of sightseeing, a number of Pueblo Blancos are within easy reach, with the hillside town of Ronda worthy of visiting. Malaga, with its Picasso links is also well worth a trip - there are many monuments and galleries dedicated to Pablo and several other locally born (but interantionally known) artists.
How to get there
Great flight options available to Malaga (good value), or Gibraltar (more expensive but you can get through Arrivals much quicker). Both only 40 minutes to the house.

Further details indoors: The house is a second home, and as such we have sought to make it as welcoming as possible, to ensure it feels like your own home away from home.
It is well appointed, with comfortable sofas and ample seating, both inside and outside . The kitchen is fully equipped including 2 fridge /freezers (to ensure plenty of cool drinks!!). There is a guest cloakroom on the ground floor and a separate laundry room. All bedrooms are of a good size, with ample wardrobe space in each. 2 of the 3 main bathrooms are en- suite. Outside there is a spacious front patio with easy access from the sitting room. The roof terrace is partly planted with a small fountain providing an ideal area for relaxation. It is also equipped for dining, with an in built BBQ/fridge etc. Views from the roof terrace are stunning, south westerly towards Gibraltar, south to Puerto Banus, east to Marbella and north to the picturesque La Concha mountain. Las Brisas Golf is the nearest course so provides plenty of greenery.
Further details outdoors: Aloha Pueblo is modelled on the traditional Andalucian white villages. The advantage being 21st century mod cons at every turn!

We are surrounded by wonderful golf courses, with Puerto Banus and Marbella a stone´s throw away, and there are great day trips available (for example Gibraltar, Seville, Granada and the Alhambra Palace).

We have local partners who will meet you at the house upon your arrival. They can also arrange for any extra services you may require during your stay. From extra shopping, extra cleaning services, equipment hire, arrangement of excursions, travel arrangements, airport collections, car hire etc.
They will advise you in advance of the costs of any extra services they provide for you. We will happily provide you with their details as they ensure the happiness of all out guests.
Conditions
A damage deposit of £300 required prior to your arrival, to be refunded within 10 working days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection by our local representatives).
A deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking.
The remaining balance is due six weeks before your arrival date.
