This is a very spacious and well equipped holiday apartment, perfect for families and golfers, with everything you would expect, full air conditioning, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances including hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine with separate dryer.

The large private terrace has stunning views and in our opinion, some of the best sea views and further views over the landscaped gardens and swimming pool to the La Quinta golf course and La Concha mountain. The La Quinta Clubhouse and 5-star Melia Hotel and its facilities are within walking distance. The beaches, bustling bars and restaurants of Marbella and Puerto Banus are just a few minutes drive away. An ideal all-year round resort, there are so many things to do for both adults and children, and of course the Costa del Golf offers dozens of different courses all of which are open all year.

Refundable breakages deposit of £200 required prior to arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

A deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking.

The remaining balance is due six weeks before your arrival date.

Up to 6 weeks - no cancellation charge

4+ to 6 weeks - 50% of rate refunded

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol boasts over 320 days of sunshine each year - the perfect location for families, golfers, everyone! There are lots of things to do ranging from the relaxing (great beaches, swimming, chilling out), to the active (golf, tennis, and walking), to the cultural (Granada, Seville, Cordoba are all day trips). Duty free shopping in Gibraltar is a must as well.

For the family, there are countless things to enjoy - Water Parks, Zoos, Safari Parks, etc etc etc!

For the golfers, you can't go wrong - dozens of courses within a few minutes' drive ranging from the scenic to the really, really challenging!

In short, this is a wonderful property in a perfect location, with fantastic weather almost all of the year round.
