Our guests have access to all the amenities of La Quinta Golf and Country Club which includes restaurants, a 27 hole championship golf course and academy, and a 5* hotel with health spa and children's club. Puerto Banus has a fabulous marina, full of luxury cruisers and fast cars, designer shops, and superb restaurants and bars that line the front. Marbella Old Town, a 15 minute drive away should not be missed. Also within easy reach are the fabulous 'must see' destinations of Ronda, Gibraltar, Granada and Seville.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol is aptly named, with over 320 days of sunshine every year! It is also known as the Costa del Golf as there are numerous courses of differing standards to enjoy. All this only a little over 2 hours flight from the UK!
As well as the golf, enjoy sophisticated shopping and nightlife at the millionaires' yacht marina in Puerto Banus, the area features superb beaches. Historic Marbella with its wonderful shops, plazas and restaurants. Andalucia is well known for its heritage and scenery. Benahavis, the gastronomic capital of Andalucia is only a short drive away. Mijas and Ronda are less than one-hour away; Seville, Gibraltar and the Moorish cities of Granada and Cordoba are some of the most famous places in and around Andalucia.
Puerto Banus / La Quinta Golf Club area
Marbella, Puerto Banus and San Pedro de Alcantara have excellent safe, child-friendly beaches, and all are within a few minutes drive. Most offer water sport facilities, and there are lots of beach clubs and restaurants around to enjoy long lazy lunches.
Gibraltar is only 40 minutes drive and is full of interesting things to do. You can go up the Rock by Cable Car for the views and see the apes or visit the incredible caves dug by the military in decades and centuries gone by. This is the place to do your duty free shopping as there is zero tax on lots of different items. Dolphin spotting boat trips from the Marina are also available which are great fun and normally bring success!
Ronda is a beautiful Spanish town, set high in the mountains it offers stunning views, amazing architecture, and the oldest Bullring in Spain (now only used once a year during the town's fair).
You will never be bored as there are so many different places to visit and to see - For families with children there are fantastic facilites nearby including Selwo Safari Park at Estepona (15 minutes drive), the Sea Life Centre at Benalmadena (about 35 minutes) and Water Parks at Mijas and Torremolinos (around 35-40 minutes away).
For the more cultured excursion, visit Granada and the Alhambra Palace, Seville, or Cordoba - these are all day trips.
How to get there
Both Gibraltar and Malaga airports are 40 minutes drive on the new motorway. Malaga in particular has many daily flights from all the major low-cost airlines. Car hire is recommended to enjoy the superb countryside around La Quinta, including some of the more traditional Spanish towns and villages. Details of car hire can be provided on request. If you prefer, we can have our local, English-speaking representatives meet you at the Airport.

These are both set in private, secure, well-maintained gardens with toilet facilities. The resort has security provided and is therefore extremely secure for families and children.

Refundable damage deposit of £200 required prior to arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
A deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking.
The remaining balance is due six weeks before your arrival date.
