The master bedroom leads on to an incredible terrace with amazing views over golf, mountains and sea. The views can be seen from the bed! There are ample chairs and sun beds to enjoy the outdoor living. Completely uncovered terraces perfect for sunbathing. Awnings and parasol are provided - a necessity in the hot summer months. The 2 guest rooms have twin beds which can be zipped together if requested to make this an ideal property for families / golfers alike.

The lounge / dining area has comfortable leather sofas and chairs and the dining area seats 6 comfortably. A DVD player and full Sky Sports package are available, as is free WIFI access. The lounge leads directly on to the lower terrace which has further seating for those alfresco meals.

A family bathroom is situated on the lower level of the duplex with shower facilities. The kitchen has all modern appliances including microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher etc and the property also has a separate utility area with tumble dryer and washing machine.
