Nearby is the internationally famous Puerto Banus with its designer shops clustered around the Marina and of course, great Bars, Clubs and Restaurants. This area is also a golfers paradise with over 30 excellent golf courses with a 30 minute radius. Children have many activities and will be spoilt for choice. Nestling just below the Sierra Las Nieves, there are also many lovely country villages to explore including the famous "Pueblos Blancos" and much of the countryside is designated National Park land and very accessible for all out door activities including; Riding, shooting and Hang Gliding.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

For those seeking nightlife, the exclusive bars and clubs of the world famous Puerto Banus are just 5 minutes by car. Splash out in the designer shops or sip a cocktail while watching the millionaires on their yachts.
Spend all day in Marbella's charming old town, excellent shops and fantastic restaurants with a wide range of cuisines available.

Children will be spoilt for choice, Selwo Adventure Park is near by and for older children, try Cable Ski not for the faint hearted. They also love the dolphin and whale watching boat trips
The beautiful white villages of Andalucía are lovely and the drive through the mountains spectacular.
Ronda with its breathtaking gorge and many ancient buildings is about 1 hours drive.
If you have never seen it ,don't miss the Alhambra in Granada one of the most spectacular Moorish palaces in the world.
In winter, try skiing in the Sierra Nevada, 2.5 hours drive,you really can be sunbathing one day and skiing the next!

Deposit of 25% of rental charge due on booking (by credit card) along with Booking Form to secure reservation.
Balance must be paid eight weeks prior to arrival. Refundable breakages deposit of 250euros required at the same time; to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance.

Due to the high maintenance costs, the property is only booked on a minimum of a week basis but we are happy to accept bookings of any combination of days or weeks after this.
Should you require additional cleaning or laundry or maid service during your stay it is vital that u let us know at the time of booking and this service is very popular and will need to be scheduled.
