Los Flamingos Golf Club offers an exquisite atmosphere, the most advanced facilities and a personalised service that allows you to enjoy and appreciate every little detail. Los Flamingos Golf Club is already internationally known for the high level of quality it offers. In winter some communal pools may be closed due to local laws.

Further details

Deposit is 25% of rental fee, balance due eight weeks before your stay. Refundable breakages deposit of 250euros required prior to arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). There is an out of hours charge of 50€for arrivals or departures between 21:00 and 09.00. Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.Sorry No Animals.

Due to the high maintenance costs, the property is only booked on a minimum of a week basis but we are happy to accept bookings of any combination of days or weeks after this.

Should you require additional cleaning or laundry or maid service during your stay it is vital that u let us know at the time of booking and this service is very popular and will need to be scheduled.

Conditions

Welcome packs are available on arrival with basic essentials until you can get to the local shops which are only minutes from the apartment (small local charge). Swimming pool available all year round but very cold in winter, English- and Spanish speaking representative available to answer any questions. Fold down beds, cots & highchairs available (Local charge applies). Your holiday is booked through booking agents, therefore the responsibility of the property is that of the owners, please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance.

The Costa del Sol region

The Puerto Banus / Los Flamingos area

Los Flamingos Golf is in between Puerto Banus and Estepona. It is an exclusive golf resort, in it's centre the 5 star Ritz Carlton Villa Padierna boasts a fantastic Spa and excellent restaurants.

Puerto Banus is famous for it's designer boutiques and vast array of bars and restaurants clustered around the lovely marina with it's expensive yachts, it has a lively ambience at night with lots of upmarket bars with music of all types ,some with live music and dancing.

Estepona has a long seafront promenade , perfect for those sunset strolls or winter walks. It has a wide sandy beach and a fishing port close by where you can watch local fishermen unloading their catch from their colourful boats,but you will have to be up early for the fish auction!

The pretty main square of Estepona has numerous cafes and restaurants amid remnants of old castle wallsand traditional whitewashed buildings with their balconies of scented flowers. There is a good mix of shops and the area is particularly popular with families and well heeled British retirees.

For those seeking nighlife, the exclusive bars and clubs of Puerto Banus are 10-15 minutes by car. and the same for Estepona in the other direction. Can't beat it.
