The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Puerto Banus is a fashionable resort with designer shopping and a beautiful marina. You can sit and watch the luxury cars and boats as you enjoy a drink at one of the many bars and restaurants that surround the marina area. The climate is excellent all year round and winter breaks are popular because of this.

There are many places of interest if you want to venture out of the local area. Trips to the beautiful old towns of Mijas, Ronda and Ojen are recommended where you will find cobbled streets and great al fresco dining. In the winter months you can even ski in the Sierra Nevada mountains.


Puerto Banus / Las Tortugas de Aloha area

Las Tortugas is situated on a hill above Puerto Banus in the Nueva Andalucia area. It has spectacular views to the coast and beyond. It is mainly a quiet residential area with restaurants and supermarkets along the short route down to the town.

All types of beach activities can be found in the region together with watersports and sailing. There are many golf courses to choose from and plenty of nightlife particularly in the marina area.

LONG LETS NEGOTIABLE - MINIMUM OF 3 MONTHS - AVAILABLE ALL YEAR!

Discounts are available for bookings of more than 2 consecutive weeks.

Rentals are generally 4pm Saturday to 10am Saturday, although this is flexible. Part rental periods are subject to availability and are at a minimum rate of £450.

A reservation deposit of 25% is required for bookings more than 16 weeks in advance and 50% when between 8 and 16 weeks in advance. Payment of the total rental amount is required 8 weeks in advance of the rental start date.

A £250 deposit is required with payment of the final amount, to cover any breakages, damage to property, lost keys etc. The deposit will be refunded to you in the week after your rental period, once the property has been checked and receipt of keys confirmed.

Payments may be made in £ or €.

Cancellations:

For all cancellations a varying charge is made as a percentage of the total booking amount (excluding the deposit).

A minimum charge of 25% if cancelled at any time after booking and increasing to:

50% charge if cancelled within 6 weeks of booking start date

75% charge if cancelled within 3 weeks of booking start date

100% charge if cancelled within 7 days of booking start date
