This ground floor spacious apartment is an ideal holiday base with two excellent pools (one heated) plus a kiddies splash pool. A short 15 min walking distance to the Marina and the beaches - numerous taxis and buses if you do not wish to walk into the port. The development is set in mature landscaped gardens/walkways, it is a gated complex with 24 hour security. A dedicated underground car parking space is available if you should hire a car. A supermarket is a couple of minutes walk away and there are lots of restaurants, cafes, Internet cafe and even a very popular market which takes place on Saturdays close by. Boat trips run daily from Puerto Banus harbour into Marbella where you can visit Orange Square and the old town.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Puerto Banus, Marbella is situated on the Costa del Sol on the southern coastline of Spain. There are miles of beaches and over 320 days of sunshine every year. The Costa del Sol has long been known to have the best climate in Europe with temperatures ranging from 16 to 30 degrees Celsius (61 to 86 degrees Fahrenheit) all year.
Marbella is amongst the most popular of destinations. This is the heart of Andalucia where you can visit picturesque Ronda a mountain town with spectacular views, just one hour's drive away and steeped in history. Seville and Granada are just two hours away. Gibraltar- just 45 mins away. Cordoba and Cadiz are also within easy reach.
Travel a few miles beyond Gibraltar to Tarifa - the most southerly point of mainland Europe where the Mediterranean sea meets the Atlantic Ocean. From here you can take the Fastcat over to Tangier...travel time approx 35 minutes.
The old town of Marbella is well worth a visit. You can wander around tiny cobbled streets and courtyards and visit the lovely old Church and see the famous Orange Square. There are lots of lovely little boutiques in this area as well.
There are many Andalucian mountain villages to visit within a short driving distance from the apartment. Monda, Coin, Casares, Istan and of course the one not to miss Mijas. These white villages are lovely to drive too or take an excursion. You will get an excellent view of the coast from Mijas.

Puerto Banus / Puerto Banus Centre area
Puerto Banus is just a 15 minute walk from the apartment or just a few minutes drive. A good place to ogle those fabulous luxury yachts while sipping a drink at one of the many open air restaurants and bars many of them providing late night entertainment. Puerto Banus is close to ideal , with its impressive mountain backdrop and ocean views.
There are seven high quality golf courses within striking distance of Marbella, enough choice even for the most addicted players.
There are so many forms of leisure and entertainment in the area that the only way to choose is to get a local guidebook, there are several 'nightlife and entertainment' periodicals available from local newsagents.
You have a magnificent choice of top quality restaurants at your fingertips. Whether you choose to try one of the many local fish specialists in the Port or savour the historic charm of a restaurant in the 'Casco Antigo' of Marbella you are assured of an exemplary culinary experience.
The restaurants start to get busy from about 9 p.m. and the eating will go on 'til past midnight. To follow up head to one of the bars in the port, they keep serving well into the early hours. If you want to try your luck why not try out the Casino Marbella at the Andalucia Plaza. Normally open until 5 or 6.am.
El Corte Ingles is a very large department store situated near to the port. This offers a full shopping experience with all the big brands represented. There are several places to eat / drink within the store. You will also find 'Hipercor' which is a hypermarket situated on the ground floor.
Opposite El Corte Ingles is the shopping centre Maria Banus which features many international boutiques.
Inside the port there are more than sufficient international designer shops /boutiques catering for most brands and styles to the less expensive outlets.. You will also find many restaurants here, from budget to top quality. You can also watch the world go by or take a walk along the breakwater.
A very colourful market is held each Saturday at the Bullring in Puerto Banus which is just a short walk from the apartment and well worth a visit. This market is always busy. Many stalls selling a variety of goods.
Puerto Banus's relaxed friendly atmosphere can provide everything for a holiday stay and makes it an excellent choice for families and couples with something for everyone in this area of the Costa del Sol.

The apartment is a 40 min. drive from the airport. Collection to and from the airport can be arranged for you. Further details indoors: The apartment is accessed via a large entrance hall leading into a spacious fully furnished lounge/dining room. There are two good sized bedrooms with twin beds with individual bedside lights and cabinets, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and each of the two bedrooms have their own fully equipped tiled marble en suite bathroom.
The apartment also benefits from hot and cold air conditioning and Sky TV is available. There is a large fitted well stocked kitchen with cupboards and worktops, glass ceramic hob with cooker hood and oven, microwave, breakfast table and chairs along with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Iron and ironing board and sufficient crockery etc. are provided to suit the maximum occupancy. The outside private terrace has a table and four chairs plus a covered shaded area for when the sun becomes too hot . This apartment is ideal for couples, families and golfers. There is also a secure underground parking space with access to the apartment via stairs or a lift.
All beds are prepared ready for your arrival and towels are provided apart from beach towels.
Further details outdoors: Apartment situated in a really nice development with mature landscaped gardens and walkways. A secure gated complex with 24 hour security guards. Central to the beaches, Port and Golf Valley. Approx.15 mins walk to marina Few minutes drive Regular Local Bus stops nearby into Puerto Banus if required Choice of shops, restaurants, pharmacy, plus 2 supermarkets all situated within a few minutes walking distance. Large market held at the bullring just up the road from the apartment every Saturday and well worth a visit.
The apartment is in a good location for all facilities. Buses stop regularly bringing all the surrounding areas, including the airport, within easy reach via the main bus station in Marbella. For those holidaymakers not wishing to drive this is ideal.
A small boat runs frequently from Puerto Banus Marina during the summer months which will take you into the harbour at Marbella in order for you to explore Marbella and the famous Orange Square.
If you wish to be collected at Malaga airport on arrival for your stay we can arrange this for you and return you back to the aiport at the end of your stay at the apartment.

Conditions
A deposit of 25% is required on booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks before your visit to the apartment, or immediately if booking is made within 6 weeks of departure date. A refundable £150 security deposit is required which will be returned when the apartment has been checked over after your stay and all has been left in good condition with no damage, loss or excessive cleaning required. We aim to return security deposit to you within two weeks of departure from the apartment.

Lots of interesting places to visit and especially enjoyed our visit to the restaurant La Pesquira which overlooks the sea for Tapas on the walk into Marbella. - We sat and enjoyed the view while the children played on the beach .
