The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
In the Costa del Sol the area has its own micro climate so you are always in for great weather! Mix with the rich and famous at the Port and view the boats and cars while you eat and drink at the amazing restaurants and bars. The location of the apartment is next to Malibu, Guardalpin Banus 5* Hotel and Las Lagoones the most prestigious location you will find. If you don't fancy breakfast at the apartment head over to the Hotel for the biggest buffet selection of a quality breakfast i have seen for 15+ euros.
Puerto Banus / Mistral Beach Club area
La Bahia De Banus is only a 2 minute walk to the beach in a quiet location but only a 15 minute walk to the most exciting Port in Spain, Puerto Banus. Marbella is only a mile down the road and a Taxi is only 6 euros (£5) one way or take your car. There are many car parks available.
At 60 metres from the beach and 15 minutes walk into the famous Puerto Banus marina with a plethora of restaurants, designer boutiques and activities this development is situated in a highly sought after location. Likewise the traditional Spanish town of San Pedro de Alcantara is 20 minutes by foot.
How to get there
Use a budget airline to Malaga airport normally EasyJet, Monarch or several others from all over Europe. Book your car via www.economycarhire.com for Aurigacrown, Europcar via EasyJets website or www.doyouspain.com for the best prices.
I always hire a car any of the above Aurigacrown, Record, Goldstar or Europcar at the airport, their desks are just below where you collect your luggage and the car is just a short walk away in the underground car park. It makes life much easier!
When you leave the airport follow the blue signs to Cadiz and Algeciras, stay in the right lane so you don't miss the turn off to the A7 or AP7 (which is the toll motoway). Drive in a straight line of 40 kilometres until you see the sign for San Pedro (follow it) that will take you past Puerto Banus on your left, keep going for 1 kilometre until you reach a junction type of roundabout (Ronda Road) where you can turn left and come back on yourself. When you pass Domus and Golfshop start to slow down. At Hotel Rincon turn right and you will see signs for Bahia de Banus and Malibu turn sharp right and you follow the road and the apartment is on your right.

Further details indoors: The design of the apartment is of a contemporary modern feel with top quality designer furnishings.
The lounge has a Samsung 50 inch plasma TV with Harman Kardon 5.1 surround sound, sub woofer, i pod dock, DVD player, SKY and a Denon receiver radio amplifier.
The bedrooms both have super king size beds and the guest room bed can split into two singles there is loads of storage and a safe. The Master bedroom has a Memory Foam Mattress for super comfort. A Samsung LCD 37inc TV with a Teac CD/DVD/DAB radio and Bose speakers in the main bedroom and the same in the guest bedroom but with a Samsung 32 inch LCD .
The Natuzzi leather sofa in the lounge can convert into a sofa bed if required to sleep 2 extra people comfortably. There are 2 en suite bathrooms which are quite unique with sunken granit bath/shower plus a guest toilet.
Further details outdoors: The outside terrace is an extension in the lounge/dining area with a dining table and 6 chairs, you overlook the tropical garden and pool surrounded by tropical plants and flowers on the terrace with its own irrigation system.
Further along the terrace there is an 8 peice sofa in an L shape with luxurious cusions to lay on.
The urbanisation is of a Thai theme with tropical gardens and ponds surrounded by many exotic plants and palms.
The security is very high for the saftey of all all resided in the community.
If you enjoy a good "work out "there is a gym fully equipped with latest hi tech equipment, You are able to use the sauna and steam room aswell to relax (over 16 year olds only).
Around the pool area you will find chairs and sun loungers.

A meet and greet service is available free of charge during normal office hours and underground car parking, although there is easy parking in the road. The apartment is on the 1st floor with great views. There is lift (elevator).
Conditions
Smoking on the terrace is allowed. Refundable breakages deposit of £500 or 500 EUR required, will be refunded within one weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 30% of rental fee due ASAP to secure booking.
