This spacious apartment is situated in the tranquil Los Naranjos de Marbella complex - a prestigious Andalucian-style development. Whitewashed walls, characteristic squares, latticework balconies and sub-tropical gardens gives Los Naranjos a flavour of the real Spain, making this complex the ideal base for the perfect Mediterranean holiday.

Los Naranjos is a very easy 40-minute drive from Malaga Airport. Please note that we also offer transfer from and to Malaga airport at an additional service charge. This urbanisation has only been completed in the last year, and boasts both mountain views and proximity to the famous Puerto Banus. This is a perfect location because it is one of the few that is within walking distance to the shops, Puerto Banus Marina with all the rich and famous and their boats.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. There is air-conditioning and heating, a safe, satellite T.V., swimming pool, parking and 24 hour security.

Conditions
A deposit of 25% is made at the time of the booking and another 25% 3 weeks before arrival. The remaining amount plus a breakage deposit of £300 are payable at arrival.
The breakage deposit is refundable at your departure inspection if applicable or maximum two weeks after departure(subject to satisfactory property inspection).
