Las Tortugas Aloha is situated in a highly regarded and exclusive Area of Nueva Andalucia. Our five star luxurious extremely spacious south facing 3 Bed-roomed Ground Floor Apartment has been made for your comfort and lavishly furnished by Interior Designers to the highest level. We have spectacular panoramic views of Puerto Banus, Golf Valley and the Mediterranean Sea. The extremely light and airy Apartment boasts amazing views from both inside and outside the Apartment. The extremely large Terrace (partially covered to protect you from the heat of the midday sun ) which can reached by large glass sliding doors from both the Living Area's and the Master Bedroom has large outdoor dining table and six chairs to enjoy Al Fresco dining. Outdoor Sofa and Armchairs also available on the terrace for your comfort to enjoy complete relaxation and perhaps sip a cool drink or two whilst soaking up the sun, taking in the breathtaking views and watching the beautiful sunsets.
The Apartment also boasts a fully equipped Bosch Kitchen, with Breakfast table and chairs, very spacious Lounge complete with large Flat Screen LCD TV, Satellite TV, DVD, CD and Video. Formal dining area with large dining table and 6 chairs for those extra special candle lit dinners! The Apartment also overlooks the Lush Tropical Gardens and superb well designed free form Swimming Pool, where Sun loungers are provided for complete relaxation and umbrellas are plentiful should you wish to rest yourself from the lovely hot mediterranean sun! Temperatures are fantastic here 30c + during the summer months, it reaches 25c in Spring and Autumn time and the Winter is also extremely pleasant with temperatures averaging around 20c which makes it a superb Holiday destination all year round!
If you can drag yourself away from our apartment and the lovely Pool Area and feel like stretching your legs a little then we can recommend an early evening stroll around our Apartments name sake "Lago de las Tortugas" (The Turtle Lake) which is a historic local Beauty spot for locals and visitors alike. Whilst in a truly Idyllic situation and away from traffic Las Tortugas is not far from all amenities. Nearby and only within 3mins drive you have (9) Fine restaurants, (3) Excellent Supermarkets and (5) fabulous championship golf courses. If you want even more sophistication Puerto Banus is within 5 Min's drive with its fabulous Beaches, pretty affluent Marina, Designer Shops, Al a Carte Restaurants and along the way you can find many more championship Golf Courses. Who knows you may spot the odd celebrity or two! Puerto Banus is a place to see and be seen!

Our beautiful Las Tortugas 3 bedroomed Ground Floor Apartment was built in late 2005 to a very high Spec and is based within a very exclusive area of Nueva Andalucia within a small development of only 60 low level Apartments. Small Individual Blocks and each Block consisting of only 6 Apartments each.
Fully Air conditioned and Heating throughout and fully tiled Marble Floors. We have lovingly furnished it to the highest level and are sure you will appreciate and enjoy the luxury!
The fully equipped Bosh Kitchen - Includes, Granite worktops, stainless steel oven, hob, lots of Cupboard and draw space, Double sinks with Drainer, Microwave, large Fridge, Freezer, Kettle, toaster etc. Breakfast table and chairs. This room also boasts a separate utility area with large sink, washer/dryer for your convenience. There is also a large hatch to the Living Area with Breakfast stools so you can even enjoy the panoramic views whilst getting your ice cold drinks from the fridge!
Gorgeous spacious Light and Airy Living room - High Ceilings, 2 Matching Sofas and Armchair, Large Coffee table,2 lamp tables with lamps, 4 free standing lamps with Dimmer switches for subdued lighting. large Flat screen TV, satellite TV, DVD, CD and Video. large glass Doors with access to the large sunny terrace. The views from this room are amazing.

The large terrace boasts a south facing view with panoramic view over Puerto Banus, the Golf Valley and the Mediterranean Sea. On a Clear day you can even see as far as Gibraltar.
The spacious terrace boasts lots of Seating and overlooks the Tropical Gardens, gorgeous Swimming Pool and Pool area, where you also have at your disposal shower facilities, sun loungers and umbrellas.
The lovely Pool has a Children's end too for safety.
Secure remote controlled underground garaged parking - which is accessed by a lift directly next to the Apartment. A gated entrance is only few metres away too. An Intercom is also situated in the apartment should you wish to use the Gated entrance.

Cleaning and linen change is at the end of your holiday and are included in the price, however if you book for three weeks a mid term towel and linen change is included but not an apartment clean.
A small amount of Beach towels are provided but best if you bring your own.
Please do not use the apartment towels for either the beach or swimming pool.
A deposit of 33% is required on booking and the balance payable 10 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking is made within 10 weeks of departure date. A refundable deposit of £375 is required against breakages and damages which will be refunded wiin 10 days of return of keys to us providing our maid has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.

Puerto Banus and the Costa Del Sol is known as the Spanish Sunshine Coast, reputably stated to have the most sunshine days in the whole of Europe as it boasts 320 days of sunshine all year. So it is truly a year all round Holiday Destination. Temperatures can get very high in June, July, August and September and extremely warm and pleasant rest of the year. It has been known for some to have Christmas Lunch on the beach!
Puerto Banus is well renowned for its Affluence, Sophisticated and Jet set lifestyle, Designer Shops, Great night Clubs, Pretty Marina with impressive Yachts and lovely sandy Beaches.
Marbella which is only 10 Min's away is a both a Historic and Cosmopolitan town which features the famous and unique "Orange Square "with old cobbled streets and numerous restaurants and bars. Marbella also boasts a lovely Marina , superb shopping and a range of excellent sandy Beaches.
Selwo Animal Adventure Park is a short distance away and great for a fun day out.
Ojen - 30 Min's by car is a small quaint town overlooking a large reservoir, ha sits own winery, cafes and peaceful cobbled streets.
Other historic places worth a visit are Ronda a pretty Spanish town perched above a deep gorge easily accessible by car and Granada where you can visit the amazing Alhambra Palace.
Within easy driving distance is Gibraltar (or you can take a boat ride from Marbella) great for tax free shopping and well renowned Ape Colony and not forgetting Seville (claimed to be Spain's most beautiful City) and capital of the province.
Mesqita in Cordoba - can be reached in a couple of hours from Marbella.
If you are visiting in the Winter months - The Sierra Navada Mountains (easily reached by car) is great for skiing, You can be enjoying the heat of Puerto Banus one day and skiing (snow) the next. Truly amazing!
The exotic Morocco can also be reached if you fancy a long day out just catch the ferry from Gib!
The Puerto Banus / Las Tortugas de Aloha area
In both Puerto Banus and Marbella - You can shop til you drop! Both have fantastic Department Stores "El Corte Angles".which is similar to our Selfridges and Harrods. All the Haute Couture Designer shops you can possibly think of Armani, Chanel, Ralph Lauren, Prada, Christian Dior etc and Puerto Banus holds a huge open Market every Saturday morning between 9am>2pm at the Bull Ring, great for bargains, leather goods, jewelery, clothes, art and antiques etc..
Puerto Banus also boasts a great night out at a Casino if you fancy a flutter. A good Cinema if you can't live without watching the latest films and plenty of Bars and Restaurants specialising in all types of good quality International and Cosmopolitan Food and of course superb wines! We can recommend a great Italian Pizzeria called "Picasso" (named after the famous Artist who came from this Area) which is found right on the front of the Marina, excellent quality at an excellent price. There is something to suit every one's Budget here in Puerto Banus!
Numerous 5 star hotels are situated along the Coastal Road between Puerto banus and Marbella known infamously as the "Golden Mile" just in case you fancy stopping for some refreshments whilst on your drive.
First Class golf courses are everywhere, We are situated right in the heart of Golf valley so you can reach five of them within three minutes drive from the Apartment but there are many more (50) superb championship courses that can also be found within a short drive. The World Class Valderrama Course is only a short drive away.
Spain is well renowned for its Festivals and they hold many per year. You would be extremely unlucky not to be visiting the region when one is not due! Always a great day/evening out. Full of Spanish traditions and fun, Flamenco dancers etc.

Las Tortugas - is situated on the beautiful Sunshine coast, 50km from the Airport. You fly to Malaga and on arrival easily pick up (and return) low cost hire cars from reputable rental companies which are so convenient as they are available directly on the airport terminal or alternatively go by one of the many taxi's which are readily available from the Taxi rank located just outside terminal.
You can also fly directly to Gibraltar if that's easier for you. British Airways fly directly from Gatwick. Other Airlines from other parts of the UK also fly here.
There is also a regular low cost Airport Bus service (forward and return) directly outside of the terminal to Marbella Bus station where you can then pick up a taxi located just outside the Bus Terminal to carry out the next few killometers to Las Tortugas.
British airways operate a good service to Malaga and numerous low cost Airlines offering bargain daily Flights to Malaga are available from all Major UK Airports ;

We've stayed in this apartment for 3 consecutive years and feel like coming "home". The apartment is spotless clean, very nicely decorated with everything you could wish for. The owners are much more than helpful, they send you lots of information, call to see how things are going and send for somebody in case something needs done. The area of Puerto Banus is great! Lots of things to see/do, a lively village and whether you travel with young children or teenage girls like we do, there's something for everyone. Would highly recommend this apartment and we definitely keep coming back. |

We travelled to this beautiful apartment and location with our four children, three of whom are teenagers and our young baby and had a wonderful time for almost two weeks. From the moment we made the initial contact with the very kind owners, we were very impressed with the level of service we received from them - nothing was a problem. The apartment was situated in the perfect place within the complex in terms of view, sun and pool. The views were stunning and all our dining was done on the beautiful spacious terrace. The apartment interior is much more beautiful than the photographs suggest and we did not wish for anything else. The complex location is also perfect as we were only minutes drive from the supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. We have already booked for next year and cannot wait to return. How nice it is to book an apartment which appears to be spacious, clean and comfortable and makes you feel at home. We went with 3 adults and two young children, sharing three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen and a fantastic balcony. The garden and pool are great, so is the view overlooking Puerto Banus and the sea. Puerto banus is just the place to get this holiday feeling and inland many picturesque places can be found. When trying to book the apartement, on giving us information on the apartment and the area and during our stay the owners treated us in the kindest possible way.
