Impressive four/five bedroom property, perfect for groups or two families together. This property is very popular throughout the year, as it is very near to Banus and Estepona. Perfect for Groups of Golfers, two families sharing the rent, or a large family wanting a roomy property and lots of space.

The house is fully managed by a local holiday company so extras can be arranged to maximise the fun and comfort of any holiday booked here.

This house offer fantastic value for money. The accommodation is huge, with lots of floors to spread out! There are terraces on every floor, including a private roof gardens for all day sunshine.

There is a spacious lounge, with modern décor, SKY TV and DVD machine. The kitchen is in two parts, a small breakfast room, and a fully fitted kitchen area with all modern appliances. There is a ground floor terraced garden, with direct access to the swimming pool.

There are then four bedrooms upstairs, three doubles and a single. All with plenty of wardrobes space, and air conditioning. There is also a games room/basement/bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom, which is perfect for kids.

It is recommended that when travelling to Malaga, that you book a cheap hire car to help get around. The area has so much to offer, if you didn't have a car, you would miss all the best bits!

La Duquesa can also be easily accessed via Gibraltar Airport. Flights can be obtained from Manchester, Gatwick and Luton airports. As Gibraltar is a very small airport, you can literally fly through customs and be on your way in no time!
