The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Ronda, a wonderful old city, a stunning 2 hour drive away, with the highest viaduct bridge in southern Spain is a must, as is El Chorro gorge , with clear blue water lakes and great walks through pine forests. Gibraltar is 45 minutes away and itīs history is legendary - walk through the tunnels within the rock, take the cable car to the summit, or a fully guide tour will all be well remembered.

Within a 2 minute walk is an excellent shopping mall with supermarket, banks, gift shops, service centres, restaurants and pavement cafeīs. Along the adjoining road on Saturdays is one of the famous street markets, with everything from handbags to fresh fruit on sale.
A ten minute walk will take you right to the heart of the famous Puerto Banus with itīs marina and one of the finest shopping centres in Andalucia. Short trips by car will take you to many holiday attractions such as Selwo wildlife park, great water parks, the best Zoo in Spain, Ronda mountain village, Marbella and all itīs attractions, a cable car at Benelmadena mountain, Mijas town and of course Gibraltar just 45 minutes away.
