Home description
This is a very nice bright penthouse located on the seventh floor. There are lots of open space for evening walks under the shade of palm trees, or for children to play around in. Also a children's playground, paddle court and 24 hours security with reception desk.
The complex has 24 hour security and a guard at the entrance. Underground parking is provided for each apartment with electric remote control gates, and lifts from the car park to each floor. At the beach end of the gardens there is another electronic gate offering all guests direct access to a wide selection of beautiful beaches. Whilst on the beach you have the opportunity to purchase beach wear, trinkets and fashion items from some of the traders that stroll by. You can also get a great massage, or even have your fortune read!

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
There is the famous fitness club of Playas del Duque within 2 minutes walk. Also the biggest Corte Ingles department store and of course a taxi rank, bus stop, Marina Banus, all within walking distance. Various shops, restaurants, pubs too. Night life in the port is rather special
Puerto Banus / Medina Gardens area
The complex is surrounded by gardens with paddle court and a large swimming pool. Sunbeds available. There is a 24 hours reception desk, satellite TV and security. Within 2-3 minutes walk on a promenade, one reaches the beach, the famous Ocean Club and many beach bars. The harbour is only 5 minutes away from the complex
How to get there
DIRECTIONS FOR MEDINA GARDENS ON ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT. If you have hired a car, the car rental people will be waiting for you, with your name on a sign, just outside the doors from the customs officials. We can arrange this for you or to be collected by our local taxi service.
WHEN LEAVING THE AIRPORT. Turn right onto the N340/E15 coast road sign posted to Cadiz and Algeciras, which are 170 and 70 miles away respectively. We recommend that you take the toll motorway, the E15/A7. At approx. 30 miles (50 Kmts) distance from the airport, you approach Marbella, (you will have passed the toll) continue driving direction Cadiz Algeciras. The road will become very wide with big signs – one in blue to continue on the E15/A7 to Cadiz – San Pedro de Alcantara and it will indicate “toll road” – the other one is white and will say San Pedro de Alcantara Cadiz and in red it will say N-340 COSTA. This is the sign you follow. Continue the N340 and you will pass through a tunnel on the western side of Marbella. As you leave the tunnel the road turns alongside the Dama de Noche Golf Course. Leave the coast road at the 2nd exit: Puerto Banus.
It normally takes 35-40 minutes drive and once in the complex, you are 3-5 minutes walking distance to the Port and 2-3 minutes to the beach.
When you see signs for Puerto Banus, continue towards Algeciras. Pass the BMW dealership. Then you will join the old main road. Again you will see signs for Puerto Banus. Take this turning. Turn immediately again to the right, in order to go through the under-path of the main road. At the roundabout, go straight across, leaving the road to the port on your left. Continue along the road parallel to the main road. First you will pass the complex Playas del Duque and Las Gaviotas, then immediately you will see Medina Gardens.

Further details outdoors: Stroll along the beach side path to the right and you will find some excellent beach bars and restaurants, highly recommended for good food and safety for children. You will also find good water sports facilities along this stretch of beach, and an excellent Hotel with Buffet restaurant and bars open to non – residents. Stroll along the beach path to the left and you will find the famous “Ocean Club” – luxurious sun beds, fully serviced restaurant and bars, open views to the sea, and two enormous swimming pools – one especially for children. This complex is not cheap – 25 euros per single or 100 euros per family size sun bed - but well worth treating yourself to! Further to the left is Plaza beach – a great place for party people with dance music, great lunches and sun bed service for drinks. Past Plaza beach, take a right staying on the sea front and there are a number of exquisite restaurants where you can sit in peace, watching the sea and the boats as they speed across the waves. Go straight on after Plaza beach and you enter Puerto Banus itself.

Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit of 300 euros required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Possible to refund the day of your departure. 30% deposit of the total rent is required to secure the booking. Possible to pay directly in the UK. In all cases, the balance is due six weeks before your arrival or in cash upon submission of keys. For July and August, we require 50% deposit.
