This property is located on the second floor of Casa 10 in the middle of the complex, surrounded by beautiful flower gardens. It is approximately 200 metres square. and is comprised of three large bedrooms, three bathrooms.
The lounge has full southern exposure, with marble floors and direct access to a magnificent “L” shaped terrace which offers superb views of the sea and the gardens. It is sunny for most of the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker and oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, orange juice squeezer, a microwave, crockery and cutlery. There is a washing machine in a little room in the hall which leads to the bedrooms.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Area is known for the good weather, golfing facilities, the nightlife, shopping, various excurtions, all types of restaurants and bars. Pubs too.
The southern region of Andalucia boasts the finest local climate in Europe with an average of 310 days of sunshine per year. Steeped in history and culture the region includes some of Spain's most beautiful and historic cities such as Sevilla, Granada and Cordoba. The region surrounding Marbella is extremely diverse and ranges from rugged mountains to lush forests and stunning lakes all within a 40 min drive of Marbella. The coast itself is also diverse, ranging from the opulent luxury of Puerto Banus to the laid back bohemian suffer towns of Tarifa and Bologna, both breathtakingly beautiful.
Puerto Banus / Andalucia del Mar area
The complex is located in Puerto Banus which is one of the largest sports harbour in Europe. There is a great variety of restaurants, shops, boutiques, etc. Within 10 minutes drive there are various golf courses and sports facilities.
Andalucia del Mar is very conveniently located on the beach side of Puerto Banús. It is 200 metres west of the famous sports harbour and 50 metres to the shoreline where you will find plenty of sports facilities and beach restaurants or chiringuitos.
The complex is surrounded by mature gardens with a direct access to the beach and it has two swimming pools. The apartments are located in several houses; each one is called a "Casa." There is an underground parking space for each apartment. There are further parking facilities available for visitors at the entrance to the complex where a 24-hour guard is located.
Within two minutes walking distance is the sports harbour where one can find an abundance of boutiques, shops and restaurants. There are doctors and chemists located there, as well as a couple of supermarkets, a taxi rank, a bus stop and the famous El Corte Ingles. Playas del Duque Fitness Centre is within a few minutes drive as well as tennis and golf facilities, and the Marina Banús. Downtown Marbella is also a short drive away (approx 7 kms.) where one can visit Casco Antiguo (the old city) and Plaza de Los Naranjos or the Orange Square.
How to get there
WHEN LEAVING THE AIRPORT. Turn right onto the N340/E15 coast road sign posted to Cadiz and Algeciras, which are 170 and 70 miles away respectively. We recommend that you take the toll motorway, E15/A7. At approx. 30 miles (50 Kmts) distance from the airport, you approach Marbella, (you will have passed the toll) continue driving direction Cadiz Algeciras. The road will become very wide with big signs – one in blue to continue on the E15/A7 to Cadiz – San Pedro de Alcantara and it will indicate “toll road” – the other one, which YOU WANT TO FOLLOW, is white and will say San Pedro de Alcantara Cadiz and in red it will say N-340 COSTA. Continue the N-340 and you will pass through a tunnel on the western side of Marbella. As you leave the tunnel the road turns alongside the Dama de Noche Golf Course. Leave the coast road at the 2nd exit: Puerto Banus. TO NOTE: 1. If you follow the first sign for Puerto Banus-Marbella from the motor way, you get directly to Puerto Banus, pass Cristamar, down to the statue, turn right and drive just along the square on your right. At the roundabout and petrol station, turn right and at the next roundabout turn left, you will then see Playas del Duque on your left and Las Gaviotas on your right. At the end of the road you reach a small round-about and you will see Medina Gardens. Andalucia del Mar is driving down towards the sea on your right.
2. If you follow the second sign for Puerto Banus, get on the right lane and on the first possible turn go right, then immediately again to the right, in order to go through the under-path of the main road. At the roundabout, go straight across, leaving the road to the port on your left. Continue along the road parallel to the main road. First you will pass the complex Playas del Duque and Las Gaviotas, then immediately you will reach a small round-about – straight is Medina Gardens and Andalucia del Mar is down towards the sea.

Further details indoors: The main bedroom is very spacious. It has a double bed and a bathroom en-suite. The terrace receives full morning sun, and again has excellent sea and garden views. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a bathroom en-suite and a sliding glass door which leads to one of the “L” shaped terraces. The second bedroom’s terrace has a south-western orientation with sun all day and a wonderful sunset view of the sea. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and a full bathroom en-suite.
The apartment also has satellite television, central heating, air conditioning and sun lounges on the terrace.
Further details
The rate includes all taxes and electricity, a weekly maid service when booked for two weeks, and a change of linen. Additional maid service may be arranged at a rate of 12 euros per hour. No pets are allowed at this property.
