Further details indoors: The master bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 metres, en-suite marble bathroom, wash-basins and also access to the terrace. Both the lounge and this bedroom’s terraces have shutters. The second bedroom is furnished with one single bed and one 1,35 bed. The second bathroom is off the hall way next to the bedroom.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, crockery and cutlery, etc. There is a fridge-freezer, electric oven and a glass cooker. There is a small laundry room where the washing machine and water boiler are located.
Further details outdoors: Medina Gardens is located very conveniently very near the beach side, some 300 metres West of the famous sports harbour Puerto Banus, 50 metres to the beach where you will find plenty of sports facilities and beach restaurants.
The complex is surrounded by gardens with paddle court and a large swimming pool. The apartments are located in several houses so called "Bloque", and there is for each apartment an underground parking space. There is also a 24 hours reception desk just at the entrance of the complex.
Within two minutes walking distance is the sports harbour where one can find an abundance of boutiques, shops, restaurants and night life, as well as doctors and chemists. There are a couple of supermarkets, a taxi rank and a bus stop. The biggest Corte Ingles department store is located in the centre of the port. Luxurious Playas del Duque fitness Club and Marina Banus are a few minutes walk from this property.
Also, tennis facilities within 5 minute driving distance, various golf courses, different kind of restaurants and Marbella downtown (approx 7 kms.).
