The apartment is incredibly spacious and has been furnished to the highest standard offering the perfect holiday accommodation for families, couples and groups alike. A peaceful oasis just minutes away from Puerto Banus.
The apartment has three large bedrooms, three bathrooms and a spacious lounge/dining area leading out onto a lovely terrace with amazing views of the La Concha mountain.
The development consists of superb landscaped grounds with two swimming pools with large sunbathing areas and loungers, as well as a flood lit padel tennis court.

Upon arrival at the apartment you will be met by our local representative who will talk you through how everything works in the apartment and generally provide you with any information you may need about the apartment itself and the surrounding area.
Our representative can also provide you with a welcome pack on arrival, especially useful if you are arriving on a late flight, as well as assisting with any requirements you may have from baby equipment hire (bookable in advance), car hire, maid service cleaning, restaurant bookings, excursion bookings and so on.
Conditions
In order to secure your reservation, we take a 25% non refundable deposit. The balance is payable six weeks prior to arrival. Payments by bank transfer to Spain or via credit card.
Upon arrival at the apartment you will be asked to provide our representative with a 300 euros security/breakages deposit refunded subject to a satisfactory property inspection within one week of departure.
If you arrive outside of our representative's office hours (Monday to Saturday 10am to 8pm) a meet and greet fee of 72.60 euros will be payable direct to our representative together with charges for any extra requests you have made (baby equipment hire, welcome pack, etc).

The Costa del Sol, and in particular the cosmopolitan town of Marbella, remain the Mediterranean's most popular hotspots for travellers looking for any type of holiday. La Corniche is ideally placed for those wanting to tour the golf courses of the Costa del Sol, the shops and restaurants in old town Marbella, the bars and clubs (and people watching!) in Puerto Banus, horse racing in Mijas, polo in Sotogrande or even the history and culture of the many traditional towns and cities in the surrounding area: Ronda, Granada, Mijas, Casares, Gaucin, Seville - to name but a few. Gibraltar also has a lot to offer with its historical monuments, tax free shopping, cable car and, of course, the monkeys. Please don't forget your passport though! The world famous "Puerto Banus" is just a five minute drive from the apartment or a 25 minute walk. Puerto Banus is renowned for its exclusive boutiques, restaurants and yacht harbour. By night, Puerto Banus offers the most exciting nightlife on the coast and a huge range of fabulous restuarants. Just a 2 minute drive from the apartment you can find a range of restuarants in Aloha and supermarkets. Centro Plaza commercial centre is located just next to the Bullring and is well serviced with a supermarket, cafes, restuarants & the Puerto Banus market on a Saturday morning. The traditional mountain pueblos of Istan and Ojen are also close by - and completely different to the cosmopolitan districts of Nueva Andalucia, San Pedro and Marbella. The apartment is close to a vast range of restaurants ranging from beach cafes to Michelin star quality. Nearby and within walking distance from the apartment are: Magna Cafe - an excellent restaurant with good menu and wine list and spectacular views of the Coast and Gibraltar Los Naranjos - golf clubhouse restaurant with views over the fairways Nermans - quality restaurant located within the Las Brisas Country Club There are many beaches located within a short drive of the apartment such as Mistral Beach, Puro Beach or Puerto Banus Beach. The apartment is easily accessible from Malaga airport using the new AP-7 toll motorway. It takes approximately 45 minutes drive time from the airport car hire pick up to arrive at the apartment.

The apartment was very well presented and felt spacious. The main living area onto the terrace was lovely and worked exceptionally well for us. The terrace was permanently in the shade which in high season is a plus. For the first time in a long time the satellite signal on the T.V. worked without scrambling for 99% of the time....a rarity. The bedrooms were also great, with attractive furnishings, good sized wardrobe space with plenty of hangers! (and a proper superking bed in the master) Also each had a good bathroom space, not a `galley` arrangement where 2 of you might be squeezing past each other! The kitchen had everything amenity wise but for us lacked a little volume....we needed more serving platter type dishes, serving up a dinner for 6 was difficult and we had to use saucepans to serve from. Also I know this is common with apartment accomodation but I felt the dishwasher needed to go on twice a day at a minimum as there were too few everyday cups, glasses and especially cutlery. However everything was spotlessly clean and working. The laundry too was useful and spotless. I don`t like to be negative, as we did have a great holiday but the pool area was very disappointing. It is a fairly unattractive layout , built into a cliff space with wire fencing around it next to the roadway through the complex and because of it we did not spend a day there. It is simply a space to spend a couple of hours planning to go somewhere else or having a cooldown. There are only a few sunloungers, but this isn`t a problem as very few people use them. There is no shade and the loo`s although appearing clean do not give off an odour as such, they had no loo paper, soap or handrying facilities in them!! Considering how smart and well kept the apartment block`s and the grounds are this was surprising. The walk into Puerto Banus I would also suggest is slightly further than you would hope and quite frankly you wouldn`t do it at the height of the summer when we were there. However the car trip is easy and a taxi back from the port was only 8 euros. The only other drawback is no Wifi.....in this day and age it is becoming a must. I was able to go to other bars etc and use a laptop/pad but then needed to return pad to apartment or keep it on me all day....not great. Surely these complexes can get a rate in place that can be charged as part of the rental? But, after that rant, it was all in all a great apartment that we would choose again, regardless of the 1 or 2 drawbacks! |
