Situated in one of Spain's prime locations, this fully furnished 2bed/2bath apartment is in close proximity to all holiday and leisure amenities. The apartment is designed to sleep 4, with 2 bedrooms but the double sofa bed in the living room provides a sleeping facility for extra persons. One of the prime features of this apartment is the sun facing large terrace which gets sun from rise to set.
The lounge/dining room of this ground floor apartment opens onto the sunny South facing terrace, with sun loungers, and table and chairs for outdoor entertaining. The master bedroom has twin beds and built in wardrobes,and an en-suite bathroom, equal in size to the main bathroom. The Guest bedroom a is also well equipped with twin beds built in wardrobes and plenty of storage space. There is second full bathroom to service the second bedroom or any extra guests.
The kitchen which is separated from the living area, is fully equipped for self catering and leads onto a outdoor drying area.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Puerto Banus enjoys it's own micro-climate and boasts over 300 days of sunshine each year, with a year round average temperature of 19 degrees. While the summer months may get a little hectic, May and September are probably two of the best months to visit this resort.
Puerto Banus is only a few kilometres west of Marbella, and being under the Municipality of Marbella shares many characteristics of the Costa del Sol's most well known resort. Famous for it's picturesque marina filled with multi-million dollar yachts, Puerto Banus also boasts a beach that stretches for one kilometer - the golden sands are a major attraction to this town that was once a traditional Spanish fishing village decades ago. As with any resort associated with the rich and famous, Puerto Banus has more than it's fair share of pubs, clubs, restaurants, world-class shopping and casino facilities. Designer names can be found on all the main streets, but if you prefer to browse smaller, more traditional Spanish shops and boutiques then there are plenty of these too. Notably the premier Spanish department store El Corte Ingles with it's five stories, and the Marina Banus Shopping Centre are two of the most popular locations that shoppers head for. Alternatively, a visit to the weekly market held in the bullring each Saturday morning is a great way to buy both local products and holiday souvenirs!
Puerto Banus nightlife is as good as it gets and holds a world-class reputation. It can carry on until dawn if you want it to, or if you prefer something a bit more sedate then you can settle for a quiet drink and tapa in any one of the countless local bars spread throughout the town. If you do get the urge to have a taste of Tinsel Town, there are numerous cocktail and wine bars spread around the Marina and seafront areas, known as the Muelle Rivera - incidentally these are great areas for doing a bit of 'star spotting'!
Puerto Banus / Lorcrimar IV area
The surrounding areas of Puerto Banus are also to be explored and enjoyed. The Sierra Bermeja Mountains rise up to the north of the town, and numerous golf courses are scattered within a 10 kilometre radius of Puerto Banus. Needless to say, the golf courses are some of the best in Europe and go towards making Puerto Banus one of the world's top golfing holiday destinations. The area is also filled with amenities for water sports with jet-skies and boats located less than a kilometer away.

Further details indoors: Styled to reflect the Mediterranean location, the apartment embodies traditional Spanish touches which compliment the modern living facilities. The property itself boasts 2 bedrooms, one of which is the master suite complete with two side by side single beds and a full sized en-suite bathroom. The two bedrooms sleep four but due to the addition of a double fold out bed in the sitting room and two large adjacent hallway closets it should be more than comfortable for up to six persons.
Conditions
In order to reserve the apartment a deposit is required by return and the balance of the rental is due 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday.
We also take a £200 security deposit bond which is held and not banked in accordance with the booking contract. An agent will be there on arrival with keys and to show you around the apartment. They also inspect the apartment once you have left, and ( no damage in the property) we will return the security bond. The services of this English/Spanish speaking agent who looks after the property, is available at all times for an emergency in the property.
