The area in and around Puerto Banus is extremely safe and spotlessly clean, with excellent and high quality facilities. The apartment complex offers an extra large adult swimming pool for those keen swimmers amongst you, a large and imaculate children's pool, and fully secure tropical gardens with gates opening directly onto the beach. WIFI children's room and WIFI facility in and around the gardens and grounds. The centre of Puerto Banus (Spain’s “jewel” on the Mediterranean coast) is but a couple of minutes strole away. This bustling and trendy port, situated on Marbella's Golden Mile, is regarded as one of the most prestigious of European destinations. It is “the” place to enjoy the best weather in Europe,to relax, have fun, dine-out, enjoy the night life or shop amongst some of the most interesting local artisans, markets or some of the world's renowned fashion houses and boutiques.
The apartment enjoys a lovely view of “La Concha” a spectacular Andalucian mountain, and also of the winding coastal walk along the “Golden Mile” to Marbella.
This is a great opportunity for a fantastic holiday in a very exclusive area of Andalucia. An Ideal holiday for those conscious of fitness and health with beautiful walks, watersports and lots of other sporty oportunities available. There are even outdoor gym areas along the beach. There are friendly "tapas" beach bars and some of the best restaurants on the coast serving you the Mediterranean diet that you know is so good for you.
You will be welcomed on your arrival by our very helpful management team with the keys and you will find a welcome pack of essential "goodies" in the apartment. Should you require a hire car for your stay or a "meet & greet " collection and return service to and from the airport they can help you with this too!
Please note that each bedroom has full mosquito protection for your family's comfort and safety.
Should you require it there is secure garage parking for 1, (possibly 2 cars. subject to availabitiy).
There are a plentiful supply of superb, local golf courses, natural beaches, tennis clubs, art galleries, wildlife park, fishing, and water sports “on tap” - it is a hard act to follow. The night-life is buzzing with alfresco bars, piano clubs and discos which are open dusk until dawn.

The kitchen is well eqipped.There are plentiful lifts for easy access.
There is air conditioning & heating (should you need it!) Strictly non smoking.
There is an excellent 24 hr security presence on reception, controlling all entrances and exits and secure parking /garaging.

Very quiet,secure and safe location. The mature tropical gardens have large swimming pools for both adults and children with life guards on duty during July & August. Great for cycling, jogging or walking.... and the area offers very flat (level) walking for anyone with impaired mobility.
The adjoining children's play area on the beach has slides , climbing and play equipment, ideal for children under 8. There are fantastic walks along the Paseo (promenade) with "al fresco" gym areas to stop and exercise!
The shopping is fantastic, with local produce markets, great supermarkets, and quality departmental stores like "El Court Ingles" (which is somewhere between John Lewis and Harrods) and only a two minute walk.There are also many leading designer brands with their own shops in the Port.. There is now a Marks & Spencers store in the La Cannada shopping Mal near by.

Andalucia is the most exotic part of Spain--a magnet for those drawn to Sunny climes and boasting more that 320 sunny days per year! In other words the best weather in Europe. Many people speak English so don't worry if you Spanish is a little rusty.
Most of the Andalucian cities have a wealth of history and are well worth a visit. Allow at least two days for some of the larger ones like Seville and Granada.
The Puerto Banus / Los Granados area
One of the prettiest places is the fabled 'Orange Square' which is located just off the main street in the Old Town Marbella. San Pedro is very typically Spanish and has many charming places to see and excellent restaurants and Tapas bars which are very reasonably priced.
Details of all local Markets and attractions are advertised in the local English newspaper The “Sur” which is free and available on a Friday from local newsagents.
For the children or those interested in wild life, there is Selwo Animal Park just down the road, Water world at Fuengirola 925 minutes), and for the more daring, the Crocodile park in Torremolinos!

With just over a two hour flight from the UK this is an ideal location with reputably " the best weather in Europe " Andalucia boasts over 320 sunny days per year!
There is a good taxi service (around €80) or an excellent bus service from Malaga Airport (approx. €4 per person) to Marbella and then a short taxi (€13). Alternatively you can hire a car very competitively from AC properties.co.uk , our management company or request a "Meet and Greet" service from them for your party. You will be welcomed on your arrival by our management team with the keys and you will find a welcome pack of essential "goodies" in the apartment.
Should you require it there is secure parking for 1 car at the apartment (another parking place can normally be arranged).
