This stunning villa sleeps up to 12 persons and is minutes walk from the beach, Puerto Banus and every local amenity you could possibly need for an absolutely perfect holiday.
Accommodation consists of lounge / kitchen / dining room with bar and second lounge area / 5 double bedrooms / 5 bathrooms ( 4 en suite) / gym / private garden / private heated pool / Jacuzzi / private parking / utility room and third lounge - games room and is fully air conditioned.
The villa is situated in a beautiful and peaceful residential street, and has the most fabulous views which give way to the most exotic sunsets at night.
South facing, this villa benefits from sunshine from dawn to dusk yet with elegantly designed shaded areas to relax and cool down in.
The garden is a delight of foliage and colour with both grass and terrace and the villa itself is designed specially for the holiday maker with every modern convenience imaginable, plenty to entertain both adults and children, and the most tasteful furnishings and décor.

EXTERIOR
The thoughtfully and tastefully designed garden affords space for all kinds of purposes. The large sun terrace has sun beds facing the pool, a wrought iron barbecue, and tons of flower borders. Sunk in the ground next to the sun terrace is the Jacuzzi which seats 7, and next to this is the shaded dining area with glass table, silver chairs and parasol. The heated swimming pool has a shallow end, non slip tiles around and leads to the grass area with more sun beds and a 3 seater swing chair. The fact that the pool is heated makes it suitable for all year round holiday making.
Next to the pool is also the delightful shaded lounge area with a fabulous water feature to cool you right down on those long hot summer nights. The whole garden is surrounded by foliage and is an array of colour.
The garden is south facing so gets sunshine all day all year and with the loveliest views to the valley and mountains behind, giving way at night to the most spectacular sunsets as the sun slowly sinks in hues of red and pink behind the mountains. It is a fabulous show to watch at the end of a long hot day, as you relax for the evening, or cool down in preparation to dine out in one of the many local restaurants, or to prepare to party the night away in busy Puerto Banus.

BEDROOMS
Four of the bedrooms have full en suite bathrooms whilst the fifth bedroom has use of a separate shower room. All have either double or twin beds, have independent air conditioning & heating and are tastefully decorated and furnished. 10 people can comfortably sleep in this villa and 2 additional single beds can be provided to sleep 12 maximum. The fourth and fifth bedrooms can inter-connect if required.
MASTER BEDROOM – Has a chrome double bed, mirrored wardrobes, glass and chrome bedside cabinets, Satellite TV, DVD player, music system and marble floors. There are sliding doors which lead to a conservatory and third lounge area & games room. This conservatory then leads straight out to the garden through patio doors. The disguised mirrored doors in the bedroom also give way to an exotic en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.
SECOND BEDROOM - Has a double silver bed, an occasional single bed, a dressing table & mirror, glass bedside tables, a dressing area with built in wardrobes, lamps, an occasional table, music system and an en suite bathroom.
THIRD BEDROOM - Has twin beds, a dresser, mirror, glass bedside cabinets and lamps, leather swivel chair, a walk in dressing room and an en suite bathroom.
FOURTH BEDROOM - Has a double bed with wooden bedside cabinets and lamps, mirrors, music system, walk in dressing area with another single bed and an en suite bathroom. An optional door to inter- connect to the fifth bedroom is available for use if required.
FIFTH BEDROOM - Has twin beds, mirrored wardrobes, a chest of drawers, occasional chair, mirror, music system and Satellite TV, a small private breakfast room overlooking the garden, direct access to a shower room and patio doors to the garden.
BATHROOMS
The master en suite bathroom is a work of art, with marble floors, mirrors and slate tiles. As you enter through the mirrored doors, you first see the double sink area with mirror and chrome details, mahogany furniture, and ample storage, then into the bath area with Jacuzzi bath, large over head window with white laminate glass, & black lacquer cabinet, then behind a white laminate glass screen is the toilet & bidet.
There are 3 more en suite bathrooms all with bath / shower, bidet, WC, sink and cabinet – all very tastefully designed with modern ceramics, tasteful bathroom furniture and chrome fittings. The fifth bathroom is a shower room with state of the art walk in shower (with radio), sink and WC which is accessed from the garden and the fifth bedroom.
LOUNGE
The fabulous lounge has double aspect patio doors direct to the outside dining area and pool terrace, marble floors and an open fireplace. The sofas are in grey suede with occasional chairs tucked under the enormous coffee table give seating for 10. Pictures, lamps, mirrors and a glass table and chairs complete the look to this very stylish room.
Electrical items include satellite TV, DVD, video player, music system, wireless internet and independent A/C & heating.
The 2 sofas also turn into sofa beds should additional sleeping be preferred here instead of the bedrooms.
KITCHEN / DINER
The stylish custom made hand painted wooden KITCHEN features a fireplace, glass bistro table, double sink, granite worktops, marble floors, arch to the living room and sliding doors straight to the dining room.
Electrical appliances include an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel fridge freezer, chrome kettle and toaster.
A separate utility kitchen accessed through the gym provides washing and drying facilities with another sink for hand washing to complete the standard.
2 ND LOUNGE / DINER AND BAR
The elegant dining room leading from the kitchen has fabulous views to the garden, pool and mountains. It features a huge dining table and chairs for 10, a second lounge “chill out“ area with black suede sofas, wooden coffee table, mirrored bookcases, & a bar to die for with special light detail in the brickwork, 4 bar stools, fridge, freezer, built in drinks cabinet, music system, & dart board.
THIRD LOUNGE / GAMES ROOM
This is a conservatory which is accessed from the master bedroom or garden – it features 2 sofas, a large wooden coffee table, a pool table / American ice hockey game and board games for children and adults alike.
GYM / UTILITY ROOM
The GYM is accessed from the main hallway – fully fitted with gym equipment, music, mirrors and a book case. It leads through to the fifth bedroom and utility kitchen with washing machine, drying facilities, sink, cabinets and a small terrace for out - door drying.

LOCAL AMENITIES
Whilst situated in a quiet residential street, yet walking distance to beaches and Puerto Banus, the villa is also surrounded by all the local amenities you could possibly wish for. These include a market, banks, hair and beauty salons, an English video and DVD hire shop, restaurants and bars, hotels, chemists, supermarkets, shops, excursion office, a Casino, and a taxi rank – all only minutes walk away.
The local beaches are 5 minutes walk from the villa are all varied – either busy or relaxing, and have a huge choice of beach bars and restaurants, water sports, and golden sands. Some of the local beaches have play areas and there are several front line beach pool complexes where the kids can swim and mingle whilst parents can relax and soak up the rays or take lunch whilst keeping one eye on the children – a nice break!
Surrounded by some of the best golf courses in Spain, amusement, / safari, / aqua and marine parks, water sports, and every other activity you can think of, this villa is perfect for every type of holiday maker! (Even Sierra Nevada and its fabulous snow capped mountains is the skier’s paradise – only 2 hours drive away!)
This villa is ideal for families, romantic couples, or singles, with all the amenities you could need on your doorstep, yet far enough away from the “bustle” of the port to relax and “chill” if that’s what you want. A perfect villa - for a perfect holiday!
PUERTO BANUS
The famous port of Puerto Banus is only 8 minutes walk from the villa, or 2 minutes by car.
For those of you who have never visited Puerto Banus before, you are in for an absolute treat! Those of you who have been before will already know you are coming back to the most “happening” resort in the Costa del Sol.
Puerto Banus is unique – based around a harbour filled with speed boats to enormous luxury yachts with cars to match and packed full of designer shops, bars, clubs, restaurants, cinemas, market stalls, department stores, and the most spectacular array of trendy, jet setting people – it’s no wonder Puerto Banus has been a playground to the rich and famous for decades!
To top it all off Puerto Banus is surrounded by many of the best golf courses, marine, aqua and safari parks and beaches in the whole of Spain

Puerto Banus is ideally situated, only 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport, and 40 minutes from Gibraltar, the famous mountain monkeys, and tax free shopping! (You can also fly into Gibraltar airport – much smaller than Malaga with fewer flights but also fewer people!)
5 kms north is the delightfully traditional Spanish town of San Pedro with its own unique beaches. 5 kms South is the huge expanse of Marbella town with yet more shops, restaurants and beaches. Just outside Marbella is the enormous retail park known as La Canada, with many English shops, restaurants, bowling, cinemas, and so much more!
The Costa del Sol, especially Marbella generally has good weather all year round as it is sheltered by the mountains behind in the winter, and cooled by the sea breezes in the summer. So if you don’t choose the Costa del Sol for your summer break, why not try a winter vacation? Most residents and holiday makers alike enjoy winter here in summer attire and Christmas dinner on the beach or the terrace!

Fly to Malaga, and either hire a car or take a taxi. Journey time aprox 25 mins, cost each way aprox 70€. Although a hire car is not necessary once you reach the villa, as everything is walking distance, and local taxis are cheap, it is cost-effective if you take airport fares into account, and if you plan to visit many of the safari, marine, or amusement parks along the coast.

Just a quick note to say how pleased we all were with both the Villa Sanctuary and Villa Haven. Like last year, the booking was easily made with yourself and we really did appreciate all the additional information you provided. We are a group of women who enjoy our comforts and both villas certainly met out requirements - we wouldn't have had better facilities if we had stayed in a hotel!
The villas were spotlessly clean on arrival and both the Sanctuary and the Haven are homes away from home. It is a real benefit that everything you need is provided - whether it be cooking utensils, towels or a decent fridge in the bar to keep our drinks cold. Even though we were a large group we always had enough sun loungers and sun chairs and that is another example of you going over and above what is normally expected.
The villas are ideally situated and we especially enjoyed the Tapas bar down by the supermarket for lunch. I would definitely recommend Alfredo's in San Pedro to your future guests. Typically Spanish and the food was absolutely fantastic. We got a taxi from the Casino and it cost €5.50 to the restaurant - so it is really convenient. I would recommend pre-booking for Friday and Saturday nights. Try the leg of lamb - it was delicious.
Suzi, I would definitely recommend your villas to my friends and family as I believe that the service you provide is second to none and your villas are equipped with everything you need for a lovely holiday in the sun.

What a fabulous time we had at your villa in Puerto Banus!
It was the perfect spot for all 8 of us. We had room to spread out and relax and also come together for meals. The location, being able to walk to the beach, shops and grocery stores, was fabulous and we so enjoyed the Saturday market! We all bought the touristy things!! and thought the prices were very reasonable.
Frank and I left very early on the morning of the 8th as we had a flight from Malaga to Madrid at 7:30am.
The others were all gone by 8am.
I know you had plenty of time to clean and get the villa ready for the next group.
I will keep your information in a file and will recommend your villa to my clients who want to stay in the Marbella area.

The villa is amazing. We stayed there last year for my sister in laws hen party. There were 15 of us in the group, the villa is huge and to be honest the pictures dont do it justice. If you book it you will be blown away by the rooms and our particular favourite, the outdoor recreation area.
The pool is lovely and the outdoor dining table was well used by us in the sunshine :) we did not bother to hire a car, but for a longer stay of a week or more its recomended. There are shops locally but theres a bit of a hill to lug the bags up so i recomend a car or taxi :)
Suzi is very helpful providing the names of local companies and she was most helpful to us during our stay.
We are definitley going back for a family holiday at some point with all the family including the little ones.

Dear Suzi,
after having spent the weekend in France, I am finally back in Geneva and I just wanted to tell you:
Thank you so very much for your great help, assistance and kindness! We had a superb stay in your house and enjoyed it a lot! As you know, we weren't very lucky with the weather- it rained practically the first 12 days and only the last two days were sunny, so that was a bit a pity and very unusual for the Costa del Sol. But it was especially in the rain that we really got to appreciate the house: Being there ( in the first week) with 9/10 adults and 3 babies and even having to stay in nearly all the time, we really felt comfortable because there were enough rooms and especially the communal rooms ( kitchen, dining room, living room, gaming room) were really spacious, so that was perfect!
Having sun the last two days changed again a lot: being able to use the garden, the swimming pool, the terrace, the whirl-pool and the dining table, we just felt like kings and queens in heaven :) (thanks to the heating the swimming pool and the whirlpool were just perfect!)
So thank you again, we hope to be able to come back some day and we wish you all the best!!!
