Luxurious air conditioned large 2 floor and 95 sqm penthouse apartment with 2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms, located above Puerto Banus, with mountain and sea view over the Marbella valley, set in beautifully landscaped gardens, with 3 shared pool areas. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen and is furnished to a high standard, with large terraces ideal for sunbathing or dining. Sun all day on either of the 3 terraces.

It is the perfect location for families, couples and friends looking for a base for golfing as well as beach and nightlife, as everything is within easy reach. The cosmopolitan and highly fashionable Puerto Banus, with an excellent selection of restaurants, is just a 10 minute stroll away, The beach is on 15 minute walking distance and 5 min drive to several golf courses in Nueva Andalucia.

A local maintenance company will ensure that you are taken care of, that the apartment is cleaned and that everything works properly.

The apartment is on the top floor and one of the complex elevated buildings overlooking the Marbella Valley, the Mediterranean Sea and Puerto Banus in the Costa del Sol. The apartment is in the most popular golf valley on the coast.
One main terrace has a dining area for four and the other terraces are normally used as sunloungers.

The whole complex is gated and supervised 24h hours a day

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol is renowned for its year-round excellent weather and fantastic beaches. It is also great for golfers and is known as the "Costa del Golf". There is everything for the holiday maker from fine beaches to typical Spanish villages and a great opportunity for cultural excursions.

Marbella town is only a 10 minute drive and there is a regular bus service. The charming town of San Pedro is also a 10 minute drive where there is a good choice of ameneties

For those who want to ski, the Sierra Nevada montains is within reach.

The Puerto Banus / Senorio de Aloha area

Puerto Banus, which is renowned for its sandy beaches, fashionable designer shops, magnificent yacht marina, international restaurants and bars, is only a 10 minute walk away. Just a few minutes walk from the complex there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a variety of other shops. The local area is packed full of amenities for people of all ages with golf, beaches and nightlife.
Every Saturday there is a well known market at the bull ring (a few minutes walk from the apartment).
Nueva Andalucia beach, just to the west of Puerto Banus, is a busy tourist beach offering all sorts of water sports such as windsurfing, jet-skiing, water bikes etc. You can also hire sun beds or sit and watch the world go by in one of the four beach restaurants. There are also more beaches adjacent.
