This spacious single level villa is just a few minutes walk from Puerto Banus and up to ten minutes walk to the harbour side with its busy nightlife, restaurants and bars. It is perfect for those wishing to be within easy walking distance of the facilities that Puerto Banus has to offer. The villa has its own private pool and garden area.
The lounge is tastefully decorated and offers English Sky TV plus German and French channels via an alternative Satellite syetem. Plenty of sun loungers are provided around the pool and there is easy seating on the terrace area. There is a further barbecue dining area to the side of the villa. A private garage is available otherwise parking is normally quite easy on the road (except on Saturday mornings when the Puerto Banus street market runs right past the villa).
The villa is located on the roundabout just below the Bullring of Nueva Andalucia. There is a taxi rank directly outside and the bus stops are just a couple of minutes walk away. The villa is an excellent choice for either families, keen golfers, or young groups tooking for the excitement that staying in Puerto Banus can provide.

The Costa del Sol is internationally renowned as a tourist destination for its climate offering more than 300 days of sunshine per year. Puerto Banus / Nueva Andalucia area
Puerto Banus is located just a little to the west of Marbella. Since its initial development some forty odd years ago, it has been known as the play ground for the rich and famous and an ideal place for them to moor their luxury yachts. All along the quayside there are restaurants and street cafés where you can sit and watch the world go by whilst taking in the vista of these magnificent boats.
Just behind the port, there is a huge open square where there are more shops - from designer boutiques and fashion outlets to more everyday retailers - and, of course, the huge department store of El Corte Ingles. Here you'll also find plenty of banks, more restaurants (both the well know chain establishments, fast food outlets and individually styled eateries), and even an open-air playground. Puerto Banus, in addition, boasts a large cinema and well know casino. If you fancy a trip out to see the port and the mountains from the sea, you can charter a boat from the promenade.
The beaches of Banus are sandy and all have the European blue flag standard for cleanliness and facilities. When the sun goes down, Banus certainly doesn't sleep! In fact, some people say this is when it really gets going! There is a huge selection of bars, clubs and discothèques to cater for just about everybody! The heart of this is one street in from the quayside. On Saturday morning the large and popular street market runs from the bullring up the hill to Nueva Andalucia. It's an ideal location to pick up some bargains!

Further details indoors: The villa is on one level. The garden goes almost all the way around the villa. The pool is a good size (approx 4.5x 9 metres long x about 1 metre going down to 2 metres deep).
Inside, the villa has three bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed. This room shares a family bathroom with a bedroom where two single beds can be found side by side (can be zipped together and turned into a super kingsize bed if required) plus a further single bed on the other side of the bedroom. (Sleeps 3 in total) The third bedroom has two single beds (can be zipped together on request) and is en suite. The lounge has sofas with dining area for up to six people. Gated patio doors lead out onto the garden and pool area.
Outside there are sun loungers and a further two dining areas. There is a stairway to the side road where the garage or road parking may be used. The main entrance from the street is on the same level as the house.
Further details outdoors: The cabana to the side of the villa offers seating for six people. There is a barbecue which is suggested for this area.

The villa offers great value for money. It is in an ideal location for Puerto Banus with the bars, shopping, restaurants, beaches etc. If you are interested in renting this property you must be aware that it is possible to hear some road noise whilst in the garden. It is very quiet Inside the villa with the doors closed. The villa was refurbished in May 2006 and is kept in excellent condition.

Conditions
A 30% desposit is payable within seven days of booking. the balance is then payable six weeks prior to arrival. A 300 euros/200 GBP security deposit is required on arrival. A larger security deposit is required for younger groups.

The cost of this 25 Euros for the rental plus the cost of the amount of data that has been downloaded as follows:- 20 Euros for 25 Mb, 40 Euros for 200 Mb or 60 Euros for 1 Gb. Generally we find that 60 Euros worth of credit lasts a heavy user about 10 days and 40 Euros will last about 2-3 days. We can offer a satellite navigation system for an additional 35 Euros for the week direct from us. Alternatively you can rent one from the airport with our car hire service for 7 Euros per day. Good discounts are offered for those looking to rent longer term during the off-peak months. A landline phone may also be offered for these periods.
