The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Aloha, Nuevo Andalucia is located at the foot of the Golf Valley (mountain side) , with Puerto Banus close by. Its a well groomed area aided by the favourable mix of holiday makers and more permanent residents.Aloha was basically the old original village so expansion has thankfully been controlled in this area and low in height. The development is overlooked by the commanding 'LA CONCHA' peak of Sierra Blanca mountain range. It tends to be a little warmer as its at the foot of the mountain than the temperature at the beach. There are a number of pretty walks through the valley that carve through some nearby golf courses and shopping strips in the original Aloha region. There are over 60 golf courses in the immediate vicinity of the valley which give colour to the area and do make it an ideal Golf Apt.Immediately outside the apartment is a bus stop served by a regular bus that travels throughout the valley. I detail a lot of these and more in a brochure I send to clients upon booking with a lot of information needed to enable them maximise holiday experience.


Puerto Banus / Aloha area

There's a regular market (Wed and Sat) days at the bull ring 1 km away giving the real taste of Spain . A horse riding school is just below the development , as is a Golf coaching clininc and driving range and also a renowned Chiropractor clinic and local Catholic Church. Immediately below the development is a gym (non members welcome) with all facilities including tennis,paddle and children's play area with jumping castles etc. The gym is popular for personal training. A number of English Speaking Supermarkets are located close to the development and open 24 hours. There's the usual beach sports available at the beach and restaurants. Tourist Information kiosks are available in town . The Apartment contains select activity idea leaflets I have tried to collect tried to collect to generate ideas for a fun holiday. We can detail some suggested activities too for you if you make a booking. Aloha is a region many love to return to. Aloha Golf club which is right outside the developments gates is among the most prestigious golf club in the valley for membership and is populated with English and Irish.They do allow green fee's for tourists but book early in advance, members have high priority.


How to get there

Numerous discount airlines fly to Malaga & Gibraltar. Convenient Car Hire well organised at airport and I have some numbers of very competitive car rental operators if you care From there a forty minute drive from either airport to Puerto Banus on a simple straight motorway route. There's a bus that goes regular from the airport to nearby Marbella for 3 euro and from there its a 5 min cab ride to Aloha and Puerto Banus.

Kitchen modern , all new mod cons opens onto a sitting area. Fully stocked dining ware and utensils and an iron and ironing board. The TV has a sky box there and also a Video and CD/MP3 Player. I send a brochure to renters with details of how to get there, places to see , things to do and other useful tips.

Lovely Westerly facing aspect opposite Los Pinos de Aloha Golf club - allows for long evenings in the Spanish peaceful sunshine while birds sing in the Semi tropical Gardens in the development. A Large Umbrella is provided for those wanting shade. The development offers gated access , a number of community pools , fountains and waterfalls that run through the heart of the development. The pool is gated to protect young children. This is a development that mixes design for privacy with a real sense of community. This part of Aloha has retained a real sense of the older village - its at the foot of the Golf Valley and avoids the noise of the nearby port. The development is well lit at night in an ambient mix of varying light colours that mix well with the shrubbery and trees.The colour of the flowers is most beautiful as grounds keeper is a flower fanatic.There is a sense of pride in community here.


Further details

There is a Bar B Que grill and Bar / Fridge / Dining area at the back of the pool where you often get people mixing over a beer and some food. The development is also gated inside (codes can be supplied) for additional piece of mind. Its a restful development and you really do listen to birds singing in the trees as you rest pool side. Its a quite casual atmosphere.You'll find the pool a real social area for chatting.. The terrace at the apartment offers more private space for relaxing than by the pool if so desired.The pool really stands out versus other developments in area where the pool area can be soul less and dull or surrounded by token grass for colour.At night here a rainbow of light colours shine on to the flowers.


Conditions

Booking requires a deposit which I hope isnt too onerous for clients. Return Renters and regulars will get a discount next time around as well as booking priority. I am very flexible as to dates and days booked and how we charge for these.Apartment is decorated with the intention of a high quality and comfortable break. We dont intend to have it intensely booked... preferring returner renters yearly as seems to be shaping up so far. We are consciously trying not to 'over sell' - preferring to develop a more regular yearly base who know what lies in store.You are welcome to use some of our possessions we leave such as books and CDs. We aim to let you feel at home in the sun
