Home description
Villa Golondrinas is within 2 minutes walk of the fabulous beaches next to Puerto Banus. It has its own private pool and there is an excellent barbecue and bar area set within a timber decking area complete with lighting. Local grocery shops are about a 15 minute walk away. El Corte Inglis, shopping area, is about a 15 minute walk.
All the restaurants and nightlife of Puerto Banus is about a 10 to 15 minute walk along the beachfront. Along the beach near the villa is a lovely promenade to walk along, one way going to Marbella the other going to Puerto Banus passing by some fabulous restaurants and shops.The first beach you come to is called Rio Verde Playa. The promenade going east takes you to Marbella, it takes about 1 hour 15 minutes to walk but it is a beautiful walk along the beach passing many restaurants and hotels, such as the Marbella Club and Puente Romano. Going west takes you to Puerto Banus, about 10 - 15 minutes, across the beach and then along the promenade.

With an average 325 days of sunshine, and an average temperature of 19 degrees, Puerto Banus is the ideal holiday destination for all and is the “jewel” in the crown of the Costa del Sol and the “Golden Mile".

Further details indoors: The Villa has 2 master bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms with showers. One has a double bed the other has 2 single beds which can be pushed together. Bedroom 3 is a small room with a small double bed (4ft 6"). The 4th bedroom is a small room with bunk beds.
Bed Linen and Towels are included but please bring your own Beach Towels.
The villa is fully air conditioned which is reversible to heating in winter.
We respectfully request any smoking to be done outside. Long Term lets are available please contact for further details
Further details outdoors: The grounds to the villa are secured with an electronic gate. Once inside, there is a private pool with an outside hot and cold shower, which is great for showering under after a long day sunbathing and just before a night out in Puerto Banus.
There is an excellent bar and barbecue area next to the decking area with deck lighting. There is a large outside teak table with 8 chairs and a large sun shade canopy.
Please note the electronic gate after it has closed needs to be manually pushed to engage the final lock.
The Villa is protected by Closed Circuit TV.
The Villa is located within a well established residential area , please respect our neighbours by keeping any noise to a respectful level - thankyou.
The details and description of the Villa and its contents could change at any time without notice, eg if something gets broken or stolen or changed etc.
Conditions
Once we establish that the villa is available, we will hold it for 48 hours so that you can arrange flights.
A reservation is then made with 25% of the total sum of the accommodation cost being paid (non refundable) and the balance is paid to us 8 weeks before your arrival at the villa.
At this time, we do ask for refundable deposit of £250 and we return this less any costs for breakages and any excessive cleaning ,within approx a 4 week period.

'Hi Tony, Back at home now after a wonderful two weeks in your fab villa! From the great location down to the little extra's. We loved the decking and the fun night lights! We frequented the first beach restaurant (fantastica) many times for lunch, as we found the food excellent and the staff lovely, although we are still trying to guess the age of the funky grandmother who sits at the till! The DVDs were a good selection and I read three of your books! ( Beach Road, in a day). The kitchen was well equipped with good quality appliances and products.
