The well furnished apartment offers many extras, and is located in a fantasic location for Puerto Banus/Marbella. The lounge/dining room opens onto the large furnished terrace which has fantasic views over the golf valley and the ever changeing colours of the La Concha Mountains..The master bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes ample storage. The Guest bedroom is also well equipped with twin beds built in wardrobes and plenty of storage space, One full bathroom with bath. shower over.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with many extras, as the owner 's home.
The apartment is suitable for all year round accommodation and is a first floor property with a lift from the ground floor. Private secure parking in the complex. There is also a similar apartment next door for two families to holiday together.one other added benefit is that there is a taxi rank outside reception, so need to drive everywhere. There is now a sandwich shop next to reception and a taxi area outside the main gates of the Aloha Gardens.

Aloha Gardens is the ideal place to relax and unwind with 3 pools and well manicure gardens.Just a short distance from the local beaches, marina and shopping of Puerto Banus and Marbella. The apartment offers many extras as its the owner's spanish holiday home. There are 3 pools, one children's pool, one open air and the other covered. for winter and opened during the hot weather. All set in superb sub-tropical gardens. The complex also boasts a gym and jacuzzi .

The grounds and tropical gardens are well maintained with 3 pools one dedicated for children, one which is heated during the winter months and the main pool with sunbeds around.
The complex offers a superb location for the family holiday especially for children. There is a gym and a jacuzzi, although we cannot accept any responsibility if at any time any of the facilities are out of use or withdrawn from use. "The Aloha Gardens Sports Centre close to the main buildings offers tennis and paddle tennis courts, both floodlit at night and a multi purpose court for soccer and basketball".The comlex has now a sandiwich shop and also has a taxi rank out the gates.
Further details
In order to reserve the apartment a 15% deposit is required by return and the balance of the rental is due 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday,
We also require a £200 security deposit bond / damage bond in accordance with the booking conditions. We send you the keys and we ask you to return the keys after your holiday. and 7 days after the return of the keys, ( no damage in the property) we will return the security bond within 7-14 days. We employ the services of an English/Spanish speaking managing agent to look after the property, who is available at all times for an emergency in the property
Conditions
A 15% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance of the rental is due 10 weeks before the start of the holiday.
When a late booking is received the full rental payment is due by return, either by bank transfer or by credit card via PayPal. inclusive of 4.2% paypal transfer fee.
Upon receipt of the full rental we will send you the apartment keys.
A £200.00 refundable security deposit bond will also be rquired with the Balance of rental.

The Costa del Sol region


The Costa del Sol enjoys a temperate climate and is mostly sunny all year round. The area has many places of interest and history. The white villages buit in Andalucian Style are certainly worth a visit. Ronda is a charming historic town about 45 minutes drive from the coast. Gibraltar is steeped in History and now only takes 30-40 minutes drive.
Why not visit Seville or Cadiz or Granada about 2-3 hrs drive or take an overnight bag and stay the night. Take the train to Ronda from Ageciras . Another great day out is a day in Malaga, take an open top bus city tour and visit some of the great museums (Picasso) in the old square. Closer to home for the children animal Safari at Selwo hills, Water world at Fuengerola, and many more atractions, details can be found in brochures from the local shops or tourist shops or in the local english newspapers ( Sur) readily available at local shops.
The Puerto Banus / Nueva Andalucia area
Aloha Gardens Nueva Andalucia/ Puerto Banus Marbella is one of the most popular resorts for all the family as this complex offers many amenities for a great holiday. The apartment benefits from the location with great 3 pools in mature enclosed gardens. So close to the main towns of Marbella & Puerto Manus and beaches of the area, with a fantastic selection of Restaurants and bars to visit. its also close to natural beaches which still hold the charm of old Spain. There are also great beach bars to visit on the beaches all along the coast.
The Old Town of Marbella has great shopping in the little narrow streets and breakfast or lunch in Orange Square is not to be missed. Puerto Banus with all its fine Yachts and high life is an experience not to be missed either. Watch out for the rich & famous. Try an al fresco lunch at Estepona Port, visiting the local Markets. The area is also close to San Pedro with many charming little shops and traditional tapas bars, lovely beaches and great restaurants. Throughout the year there are many ferias, where all the family enjoy parties and dancing and fun fairs in the towns. Details of these ferias can be found on the internet.
Details of all local Markets and attractions are advertised in the local English newspapers (Sur).
The location enables the famous port of Puerto Banus to be reached in just 5 minutes by car, yet is quiet and relaxing. Glamorous and famous Marbella is only 10 minutes drive as are many well known beaches along the Golden Mile.

Budget flights from anywhere in Europe or the UK to Malaga, Pick up a discounted hire car,or Taxi and there is also a direct Airport coach service from Malaga Airport to Marbella Bus station, then take a local bus or take a short taxi journey to the apartments.
Gibraltar airport is also an option as it is equal distance from the apartment, please ask us about hire car rates, we can arrange that for you. Or take the local bus from La LInea Bus Station (ten minute walk from Gibraltar Airport) to Estepona, and then a local bus to the apartments at Puerto Banus.

A booking deposit of 15% of the full rental is required to secure the reservation.

Late bookings must paid be by a bank transfer or credit card using PayPal,as cleared funds are required before any keys are released.
