The Guest bedroom is also well equipped with a double bed built in wardrobes and plenty of storage space, bedroom 3 has a double bed. There is second full bathroom to service the guest bedrooms.

Local buses stop very close to the property so makes getting around very easy.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with many extras, and has an extra utility area for drying washing.

The apartment benefits from being in a private gated community, with two pools one is for children. The well maintained tropical gardens are offer large areas around the pools to enjoy.
Thjis apartment has a very large balocny furnished with sunbeds pool towels and dining facilites.
In order to reserve the apartment a deposit of 15% of the full is required by return and the balance of the rental is due 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday,
We also require a £300.00 security deposit bond in accordance with the booking contract. We send you the keys and we ask you to return the keys after your holiday. and 7 days after the return of the keys, (no damage in the property) we will return the security bond.
We employ the services of an English/Spanish speaking managing agent to look after the property, who is available at all times for an emergency in the property

The Costa del Sol enjoys a temperate climate and is mostly sunny all year round. The area has many places of interest and history. The white villages built in Andalucian Style are certainly worth a visit. Ronda is a charming historic town about 45 minutes drive from the coast. Gibraltar is steeped in History and now only takes 30-40 minutes drive.
Why not visit Seville or Cadiz or Granada about 2-3 hrs drive or take an overnight bag and stay the night. Take the train to Ronda from Ageciras . Another great day out is a day in Malaga, take an open top bus city tour and visit some of the great museums (Picasso) in the old square. Closer to home for the children animal Safari at Selwo hills, Water world at Fuengerola, and many more atractions, details can be found in brochures from the local shops or tourist shops at the Benavista Centreistoric town about 45 minutes drive from the coast. Puerto Banus with all its fine Yachts and high life is an experience not to be missed. Watch out for the rich & famous. Try an al fresco lunch at Estepona Port, visiting the local Market. The area is also close to San Pedro with many charming areas, lovely beaches and great restaurants.
