Medina gardens is a secure and mainly quiet complex, with supberb swimming pools and sunbeds around, paddle tennis. There are also tennis courts and bowls are in the area. Golf is less than a 10minute drive. With over 16 Golfs coursed to choose from. BBQ's are not alowed in this private complex. However the beaches are so close that you can eat feshely bbq'ed Sardines at many of the beach restaurants.
In order to reserve the apartment a deposit is required by return and the balance of the rental is due 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday,
We also take a £200 security deposit bond which is refunded in accordance with the booking contract. We send you the keys and we ask you to return the keys after your holiday. and within 7 -14 days after the return of the keys, ( no damage in the property) we will refund the security bond. We employ the services of an English/Spanish speaking managing agent to look after the property, who is available at all times for an emergency in the property.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol enjoys a temperate climate and is mostly sunny all year round. The area has many places of interest and history. The white villages buit in Andalucian Style are certainly worth a visit. Ronda is a charming historic town about 45 minutes drive from the coast. Gibraltar is steeped in History and now only takes 30-40 minutes drive.
Why not visit Seville or Cadiz or Granada about 2-3 hrs drive or take an overnight bag and stay the night. Take the train to Ronda from Ageciras . Another great day out is a day in Malaga, take an open top bus city tour and visit some of the great museums (Picasso) in the old square.
Closer to home for the children animal Safari at Selwo hills, Water world at Fuengerola, and many more atractions, details can be found in brochures from the local shops or tourist shops or in the local english newspapers readily available at local shops.
Medina gardens Puerto Banus Marbella is one of the most prestigous destinations for a great holiday. The apartment benefit from its location with great pools in mature enclosed gardens. So close to the Marina and beaches of the area, with a fantastic selection of restaurants and bars to visit. its also close to natural beaches which still hold the charm of old Spain. There are also great beach bars to visit on the beaches all along the coast.
The Old Town of Marbella has great shopping in the little narrow streets and breakfast or lunch in Orange Square is not to be missed. Puerto Banus with all its fine Yachts and high life is an experience not to be missed. Watch out for the rich & famous. Try an al fresco lunch at Estepona Port, visiting the local Market. The area is also close to San Pedro with many charming areas, lovely beaches and great restaurants.
