Prime Location this well appointed 3bed/3bath apartment is well apointed and has marble floors throughout and air-cond hot/cold. The apartment is designed to sleep 6. We can provide a cot for baby and an extra bed for a child on request.
The well furnished andalucian style apartment offers many extras, and is located in a prime location The lounge/dining room opens onto the Sunny South facing terrace which overlooks the private gardens which are extreemly well cared for. There is an in undergorund private parking area, and well kept gardesings and pools in a secure gated complex.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol enjoys a temperate climate and is mostly sunny all year round. The area has many places of interest and history. The white villages buit in Andalucian Style are certainly worth a visit. Ronda is a charming historic town about 45 minutes drive from the coast. Gibraltar is steeped in History and now only takes 30-40 minutes drive.
Why not visit Seville or Cadiz or Granada about 2-3 hrs drive or take an overnight bag and stay the night. Take the train to Ronda from Ageciras . Another great day out is a day in Malaga, take an open top bus city tour and visit some of the great museums (Picasso) in the old square.
Closer to home for the children animal Safari at Selwo hills, Water world at Fuengerola, and many more atractions, details can be found in brochures from the local shops or tourist shops at the Benavista Centre.
Puerto Banus area
Las Gaviotas Puerto Banus Marbella is one of the most prestigous destinations for a great holiday. The apartment commands fantacic views and over looks the pools in mature enclosed gardens. So close to the Marina and beaches of the area, with a fantastic selection of Restaurants and bars to visit. its also close to natural beaches which still hold the charm of old Spain.
There are also great beach bars to visit on the beaches all along the coast. The Old Town of Marbella has great shopping in the little narrow streets and breakfast or lunch in Orange Square is not to be missed. Puerto Banus with all its fine Yachts and high life is an experience not to be missed. Watch out for the rich & famous. Try an al fresco lunch at Estepona Port, visiting the local Market.
The area is also close to San Pedro with many charming areas, lovely beaches and great restaurants.
Details of all local Markets and atractions are advertised in the local English newspapers and can be found in many shops in the area..
How to get there
Budget airlines operate to Malaga daily from all European destination,and I can arrange discounted CAR HIRE for you,or you can take aTaxi ,there is also a direct Airport coach service from Malaga Airport to Marbella Bus, station where you can catch a local bus or take a short taxi journey to the apartments at Puerto Banus.
Airlines fly into Gibraltar from many UK destinations daily, and I can arrange discounted Car Hire for you, or you can take a Taxi or the local bus from La LInea Bus Station (ten minute walk from Gibraltar Airport) to Estepona, and then a local bus to the apartments in Puerto

Further details indoors: The master bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes ample storage,and an en-suite bathroom. The Two Guest bedrooms are also well equipped with twin beds built in wardrobes and plenty of storage space. There are three full bathrooms to service all bedrooms. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with many extras, and has an extra untility area for drying washing. The apartment is suitable for all year round accommodation, as it location is close to all amenities.

The rental rates displayed on the details and are subject to change at any time. We often have a special offer running for last minute availabilty due to a change of dates or cancellation, its good to call and ask at any time. In order to reserve the apartment a deposit is required by return and the balance of the rental is due 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday.
We also take a £200 security deposit bond which is held and not banked in accordance with the booking contract. We send you the keys and we ask you to return the keys after your holiday following receipt of the keys and after 7 days ( no damage in the property) we will return the security bond.
We have the services of an English/Spanish speaking managing agent to look after the property, who is available at all times for an emergency in the property
Conditions
We advise all clients to take out holiday travel insurance to safeguard against being unable to travel because of unforseen circumstances. The rental is non refundable but is usually covered by travel insurance. ( always check your policy carefully.
