Villa CASABLANCA is a villa totally restored and re-furnished which has been finished in October 2007. It is situated in a residential area near the Bull ring and the Casino of “Puerto Banús”, with restaurants, supermarkets, etc…, near the urbanization. It has a minimalistic modern style with an esquisite decoration, very large and light. At the entrance of the villa you may find a large garage with an electronic gate, as well as, a fountain. The villa offers 4 bedrooms all them with plasma TV and DVD, as well as 3 bathrooms (2 of them en-suite). All the villa offers, white marble floors and the exteriors offer a non slippery white marble, as well as air conditioning in all the villa.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol, is one of the areas that contains all the ingredients for a good holiday. • In the area surrounding the villa, you will find a large variety of bars, typical spanish bars with “Tapas” or the typical English or Irish Pubs, as well as, beach bards along the promenade called “Chiringuitos” where the specially is usually fryed fish “pescaitos fritos” amongs others such as meat. • Equally, in the area you have a very large variety of restaurants which vary in price and quality, having a large range between you can count with Andaluzian, International, Japonesse, Chinnesse, Marroqui, Italian or French cousin between many others. Some of our restaurants are opened 24 hours a day for which your choice is wide. • At only 5 minutes from the village of “San Pedro de Alcantara” and towards the mountain, you can find a village called “Benahavis”, known internationally for its restaurants and exceptional food. • Due to the amount of restaurants, bars, night clubs etc…, “Puerto Banus” would be the famous place to enjoy a lovely night out until early hours in the morning if you wish. Equally during the day time, you can enjoy their beach bars, or bars & restaurants with views to the boats & yatchs or simply walk around the port or shop. • Nearby villages which are interesting to visit and which we hereby inform you of: PUERTO BANUS: The most famous port, well known for its restaurants, bars, night clubs, shops, boats and yatchs. RONDA: A lovely village in the mountains at only 1 hours drive, which offers the oldest bull ring in Spain (1572), as well as the famous “Tajo de Ronda”, etc… GIBRALTAR: A small part of England, also duty free. NERJA: A small sea side village which offers one of the most important caves of Spain, which can be visited. MIJAS: A very special village with a lot to enjoy (Burro Taxi, Minuture museum, etc…).
We provide you with a guide of buses and time tables, plans of the area and nearby villages, a guide with different activities and dates of local festivals of the area. • Other cities nearby which are of interest to visit would be: Seville, Córdoba, Granada, etc…, all of which have their own history and monuments and which go from 1:30 minutes to 2:30 minutes drive. • Shopping: You will find a large variety of ítems of all kinds, some are local or from high brand names, since in this area you can also find the best shops, such as Christian Dior etc… • The amount of activities that can be enjoyed in this area is very large and difficult to describe them all. In the area you can find: 4 x 4 cars, walking in mountain, Mountain bike, adventure in moutain, Eco Tours, etc…, Boats: Fishing and cruises, Amorina (Adventure and entertainment on boats), excursions of sight seing, diving centres. MONDAY: Marbella THURSDAY: San Pedro de Alcántara FRIDAY: Las Chapas SATURDAY: Puerto Banús • Of the 34 GOLF COURSES that we have in Malaga area, 22 of them are situated between 3 and 20 minutes by car from the villa, we also provide you a large variety of information on the mentioned Golf Courses. • The area of Marbella – San Pedro de Alcantara, offers a MICRO-CLIMATE unique on the “Costa del Sol”, with temperaturas minimums of 13ºC and maximums of 38ºC, offering a media temperatura of 18’7ºC. • The BEACHES of the area have been considered every year for their well kepted conditions. In the beaches of Marbella & San Pedro de Alcantara, you will find, exterior showers and changing facilities, as well as swings and slides for the smalls ones of the family. The mayority of beaches also offer red cross services in high season. • Although during all year round we have sports & cultural acitivities, during the summer season these are more propense for which in the nearby area, you might find that during your stay there is the local fair, celebrations or concerts.
Puerto Banus / Puerto Banus Centre area
Villa CASABLANCA, is situated in a privileged area at only 5 minutes from the Famous “Puerto Banús” and behind the Casino of Nueva Andalucía. It is also only a few minutes away from all the necessary concerning shops, bars, restaurants, casinos, beaches, Golf courses, being at the same time situated in a residential area.
Marbella-Puerto Banús is situated in an area with a micro climate unique in the Costa del Sol all year round. Of the 27 km., of beach that the Coast has, the beach of Puerto Banús is one of the most exclusive of all. This area is also known as the Costa del Golf, since nearby you can find up to 22 Golf courses.
“Puerto Banús”, is a port in which you can find the most exclusive and luxury yacht's of the world and it’s beaches you are able to sun bade or enjoy lunch or a drink in any of its beach bars and restaurants. “Puerto Banús” also offers a large variety of restaurants, bars, night clubs, cinemas, coffee shops and a large number of shops of all kinds, including a commercial centre and the Saturday street market offering from furniture to vegetables. You may also find here the bull ring.
How to get there
The villa is located between two main Airports. The Malaga Airport or the Airport of Gibraltar, both are approximately 35 minutes drive away.
Malaga which is only 35 mins away is served by many low cost airlines from the UK and airports, with a range of low cost options, including Thomsonfly, Jet2, BMI Baby, Easyjet and Mytravel Lite. It is also served by the charter airlines including Brittania, and First Choice, along with scheduled services from British Airways and Iberia
At the airport most car hire companies have reasonable prices. There is good service of buses and taxis from the airport to Marbella-San Pedro de Alcantara

Further details indoors: The common areas of the villa offer: 1 guest toilet, 1 large lounge with retractable windows which integrate the lounge and porch area, providing a sensation of freedom since interior and exteriors mix. The lounge offers 2 sofas, gel chimney, plasma TV and DVD, sky, internet ADSL wifi, alarm system, music set and a lovely circular bar. The dining area is just next to the lounge area but in a higher level, offering a dining table and chairs for 10 persons. The kitchen is opened to the dining area and offers all the necessary to make your holidays comfortable, such as fridge and freezer, glass top, oven, microwave, washing-machine and dryer, as well as, small electrical appliances, such as coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
Further details outdoors: The porch area offers 2 glass tables and 12 chairs, BBQ, sun beds, exterior Jacuzzi for 8 persons and an exterior terrace with sofas and a large sun bed with sun shade. The outside area also offers an area with grass and swimming-pool size 6x3 metres, as well as another larger area with grass next to the entrance of the villa.
Conditions
50% rental to be paid on reservation, via bank transfer & 50% a the arrival to the property. Damage deposit to be paid on arrival 600.- Euros in Cash, handed over on departure.
Check-in at 16:00 hours on Saturdays and Departure 12:00 hours on Saturdays. You are able to leave your luggage before and after departure times.
