Lovely bright comfortable 2 bedroom apartment, well furnished and fully fitted, with all mod cons. We are situated on first floor of 3 floors + penthouse complex. Huge,private terrace, with access from lounge and both bedrooms. Terrace overlooks lush, tropical gardens with 2 large pools, adult's and children's. There is a life guard on duty at the pools during the high season period. THE APARTMENT CAN SLEEP UP TO 4 ADULTS + A CHILD IN A COT.
The Lorcrimar V Complex is built to the same plan as Lorcrimar IV, and is very well know for its' huge terraces,ours is approx 70 sq.mt. The wonderful space makes it a very comfortable and relaxing spot to just chill out and enjoy lunch or just watch the sun go down while having dinner and a glass of nice chilled wine. As the terrace overlooks the swimming pools, it is ideal for keeping an eye on younger family members.
The location of the apartment is ideal for a restful relaxing holiday while also being within easy reach of Puerto Banus, the Marbella Casino and all the activities associated with a busy fun holiday destination. The apartment is perfectly located for GOLFERS as most of the well known courses within the Golf Valley are within a ten minute drive of the apartment so ideal if some of the family wish to play but others prefer a different experience.

This room is tastefully furnished with coffee tables and lamps, together with flat screen TV and DVD The living room opens onto the huge private west facing terrace. Large master bedroom - with full en suite bathroom, also opening onto terrace. Combination safe in master bedroom. Twin bedroom also opening onto terrace. There is a second fully fitted bathroom in the apartment.
WE CAN PROVIDE A COT FOR A YOUNG CHILD WHICH INCREASES TO 5 THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE THE APARTMENT CAN ACCOMMODATE.

Beautiful Complex within a short walk to the heart of Puerto Banus - Spain's premier sun and fun destination with it's huge choice of bars, restaurants and clubs attracting holidaymakers from around the world.
Our terrace is fully furnished with 4 sun-loungers, attractive table and dining chairs for 6, comfortable cane suite and coffee table.
There are sun-loungers and sun-shades throughout the gardens during the Summer months.
There is a small local shop which carries all essentials immediately outside the Complex. Slightly further away (5 mins) is a fabulous Scandanavian Delicatessen .
There are several hotels and restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the complex the most well know of which is the Andalucia Plaza Hotel (H1). The Marbella Casino is located just in front of this hotel on the main road N340.
There are many famous Golf courses within the immediate vicinity, Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos to mention but a few.

Mondays:-Marbella-near the football stadium.
Wednesdays:-Benalmadena-flea market at Parque de la Paloma. Calahonda-La Cala. Estepona-in town centre. La Linea.
Thursdays:-San Pedro-in the Divina Pastora District. Torre del Mar-next to Conj Europa. Torremolinos-at the Recinto Ferial near the Aquapark. Velez-Malaga-at Parque de los Patos.
Fridays:-Benalmadena-Tivoli near Arroyo de la Miel train station. Benalmadena-at Recinto Ferial by Parque de la Paloma. Casares-in the town centre. Las Chapas-in La Vibora area.
Saturdays:-Puerto Banus/Bullring. A huge market at the Centro Plaza/Bullring. This is one of the biggest markets on the Costa del Sol and attracts huge crowds. There is a huge selection of stalls and it is a great way to spend a few hours on a Saturday morning just browsing and to sit with a nice coffee and watch the world go by. There is also another market at Calahonde/La Cala on Saturday.
Sundays:-Fuengirola-near the port. Estepona-around the small port. Malaga-near the Rosaleda football stadium. Torremolinos-in the Los Pinares area, by the crocodile park. Sabinillas-market and car boot sale, alongside the N340 dual carriageway. Sotogrande-the new marina.

A deposit of 30% is required on booking and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Bookings are made subject to our terms and conditions which are available upon request . A refundable €300 - €400 security deposit is payable with each booking depending of the number of people booking. This will be returned within 7 days of return of the apartment keys to us providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.
OUR APARTMENT IS LET ON THE UNDERSTANDING THAT IT IS LEFT IN THE GOOD AND CLEAN CONDITION IN WHICH IT IS FOUND. WE REQUEST THAT COMPLEX/POOL RULES ARE OBSERVED.

The Costa del Sol region


The Costa del Sol stretches for 150 kilometres of the coast of Andalucia and is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations. The area's mild climate is a major attraction and makes it possible to enjoy the beaches and a wide variety of outdoor activities year round.
The famous city of Granada, the Sierra Nevada mountains and ski resorts are within a 2 hour drive .
Road access to Marbella, Malaga, Jerez, Cadiz and Seville and all along the Costa del Sol is easy by the motorway (A7) or new Toll Road (AP7). The picturesque town of Ronda is less than an hour from the apartment.
The Costa del Sol enjoys on average 320 days of sunshine every year hence the name.
The Puerto Banus / Lorcrimar V area
Puerto Banus is only a few kilometres west of Marbella, and shares many characteristics of the Costa del Sol's most well known resort. Famous for it's picturesque marina filled with multi-million euro yachts, Puerto Banus also has a fabulous beach, the golden sands are a major attraction in this town which was once a traditional Spanish fishing village
As with any resort associated with the rich and famous, Puerto Banus has more than it's fair share of pubs, clubs, restaurants, world-class shopping and casino facilities. Designer names can be found on all the main streets, but if you prefer to browse smaller, more traditional Spanish shops and boutiques then there are plenty of these too. The premier Spanish department store, El Corte Ingles with it's five stories, and the Marina Banus Shopping Centre are two of the most popular locations that shoppers head for. Alternatively, a visit to the weekly market held in the bullring each Saturday morning is a great way to buy both local products and holiday souvenirs!
Nearby San Pedro is a nice town with plenty of local colour and atmosphere and is within a 20 minute walk along the main road. A nice destination for a browse of local shops and to sit and have a coffee.
There is a wonderful (flat) walk which can be accessed from the beach at the Guadalpin Banus Hotel, and you can walk east all the way into Marbella along the sea shore or west to the end of the beautiful promenade at San Pedro. There are plenty of beach bars and restaurants along the walks/promenades.
La Canada Shopping Centre is a great destination on a wet day - plenty of shops, restaurants and cinemas - entertainment for all. The local bus will drop you off there or if travelling by car there is plenty of (free) parking.
Puerto Banus nightlife is as good as it gets and holds a world-class reputation. It can carry on until dawn if you want it to, or if you prefer something a bit more sedate then you can settle for a quiet drink and tapas in any one of the countless local bars spread throughout the town. If you do get the urge to have a taste of Tinsel Town, there are numerous cocktail and wine bars spread around the Marina and seafront areas, known as the Muelle Rivera - incidentally these are great areas for doing a bit of 'star spotting'!
The surrounding areas of Puerto Banus are also to be explored and enjoyed. The Sierra Bermeja Mountains rise up to the north of the town, and numerous golf courses are scattered within a 10 kilometre radius of Puerto Banus. Needless to say, the golf courses are some of the best in Europe and go towards making Puerto Banus one of the world's top golfing holiday destinations.
There are some lovely destinations within an easy drive if you feel like getting out and about. A day trip to Ronda is very worthwhile and for the more adventurous, Granada and Seville can also be done on a day trip. If you are feeling very adventurous, you can even take a ferry ride to North Africa from departure ports further south. The famous Rock of Gibraltar (with it's tax free shopping) is also within an easy hour's drive.

Malaga Airport is located west of Malaga city and provides easy access to our apartment via the N340/AP7. The journey to the apartment takes 45 minutes by car. Most major European/Budget airlines such as Easyjet, Ryanair, BMI, BA, Monarch fly from U.K. and Irish airports directly to Malaga.
There is a direct airport bus to/from Malaga airport to Marbella Bus Station. Cost approx €5 p.p. The bus runs hourly in Summer season and every 2 hours the rest of the year.
The airport taxis will take you anywhere along the Costa del Sol - cost approx €90.
A train runs directly from Malaga airport to Fuengirola.
There is also a very good local bus service travelling along the coast from Marbella to San Pedro or Estepona via Puerto Banus (if you wish). The bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Locrimar apartment in Puerto Banus, it is lovely and spacious, with a huge patio area, which was great for catching the sun. The complex also felt secure and was very quiet with two pools, one of which is ideal for toddlers. Only a 20-minute walk from Puerto Banus harbour, the apartment is also close to many local restaurants although due to the coastal duel carriageway we would recommend the hire of a car. Overall, a great place to take a relaxing summer holiday and also a very good location from which to travel to other places along the Costa Del Sol.
