The kitchen and dining area are finished and equipped to a particularly high standard suitable for the truly discerning. The apartment is in a fantastically developed range of privately owned properties. Properties have the advantage of views of tropical gardens which are attended to daily by gardeners. An expansive terrace also has views over the Mediterran sea. There is a large swimming pool in the first phase and several other beautiful pools scattered throughout the development, some with jacuzzis.

the penthouse the terrace is not overlooked has a panoramic views to the sea and mountains.Has three sunbeds
and table and chairs.The complex has four swimming pools and a jacuzzi .Each apartment has it own individual entrance.
The complex is gated and situated in very large gardens and is regarded a one of the best complexes in the
Marbella area.

Offering unbeatable holiday weather (the name literally means the Sunshine Coast) the Costa del Sol is the ideal location for that well deserved break. There are stretches of clean beaches, where you can either lie back and soak up the sun, or if you're feeling a bit more active then you can try your hand at one of the many watersports on offer.

If you still have the energy then in the evenings the area comes alive- why not have a night out in Torremolinos? Or Fuengirola is more family orientated. So, whatever your taste the Costa del Sol has something for you!

The Puerto Banus / Aldea Blanca area

Aldea Blanca is one of the few places in Marbella where a car is not essential. It's a short stroll to the Centro Plaza Shopping Centre, which houses a number of quality restaurants and shops. The harbour is also a short walk away, beside which are located a number of exclusive shops and restaurants offering a range of the most delicious food that can be found in the south of Spain.
