Child friendly ( I leave some fun toys and provide free of charge a travel cot/highchair) with two Super King sized beds or single beds for flexibility of accommodation. (Mattresses are zip locked so you can have any configuration that suits you.)
Heated swimming pool from the end of October until May and another swimming pool which is 20 metres long, both with sun loungers surrounding it to relax by. Both larger pools have changing room/toilet facilities. There is also a smaller and safe pool for children.
Clean apartment. We have a lovely English couple that care for it as if it was their own property.
Apartment "Erika" is located just a couple of minutes walk from a supermarket, cafes and restaurants. A 5 minute walk brings you to the Centro Plaza that on a Saturday from 10-2pm, holds the local market where you can buy silver jewellery, leather handbags and gifts to take home. There is even more choice of restaurants and cafes here too and another supermarket. Only 10-15 minutes on foot brings you to the vibrant centre of Puerto Banus famous for its marina/port, designer boutiques, sandy beach and department store El Corte Ingles. There is a sports facility for tennis and other activities a 10 minute walk from the apartment. ( Multi Sports Centre Nueva Andalucia - they have a website.)
The complex is quiet ( no cars inside the community) and set in pretty terraced gardens. There is 24 hour security/concierage and the community is gated so safe for children. Parking is easy as the complex is located on a very long and quiet side road.To reach the apartment you can either use the ramp or climb 4 small steps so very convenient if you are carrying supermarket shopping or have a pushchair. By the main pool is a WIFI hot spot. This apartment has everything inside and out for a wonderfully relaxing holiday.

This corner apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine,dishwasher, oven,microwave and a fridge/freezer. The bedrooms come with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a large super king sized bed or we can provide 2 single beds if needed. We try to be as flexible as possible for you. The doors open onto the sunny terrace.The master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. in a creamy marble. The guest room has two single beds. Again these beds have zip locked mattresses so can also be made into a Super King sized bed if required. This room also has an en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms and the lounge have air conditioning/heating. All bathroom towels and bedding are provided. We have a put you up bed if required. There is a charge of £30 for the use of this.
Please bring your own beach towels.
For those of you with young toddlers or older children, I leave some toys to keep them happy and also in the apartment I leave some DVDs suitable for the whole family to enjoy. I have a travel cot,bedding and a high chair that I can provide for no extra charge.The dining area has seating for 6 guests. The apartment has air conditioning and heating in the lounge and both bedrooms.

The gardens are very well looked after with meandering paths to take you to the three different swimming pools, one of which is heated outside the summer and one for toddlers. There is 24 hour security and this is located very close to our apartment which is handy! The complex is set away from any main roads but you only need to walk a couple of minutes to be near shops, supermarkets and cafes. There are taxis and buses all nearby so a car is not necessary, plus you are able to walk to everything that you would need. As well as the supermarket within a 2 minute walk, there are 2 more supermarkets within a 5 minute walk one of which is open on a Sunday until late.
The terrace is large, faces South East and opens up from the lounge. There is a table here to seat 6 and two deckchairs to relax on.The master bedroom doors also open onto the terrace.
We can accommodate short breaks of less than a week and also longer rentals off peak.
Upon booking 25% non refundable deposit is payable and the final amount plus £100 breakages deposit (refundable) is payable 8 weeks before your holiday commences. Payment by UK bank transfer or debit/credit card. If paying by debit/credit card any breakages or excessive cleaning charges will be deducted from your card.
There is absolutely NO smoking allowed inside the apartment but we do allow smoking outside on the terrace.
Winter lets of 1, 2 or 3 months available for £200 a week all inclusive of your utility bills.
The Costa del Sol region
This area has 33% of all the golf courses in Spain. There are beautiful golf courses within a short drive and a ten minute walk will take you to the courses of Las Brisas and Aloha. La Quinta and Los Arqueros are a 5 minute drive away and Sotogrande and Valderrama about 20 minutes.
There are sandy beaches right along the coastline with restaurants on the beach itself which are ideal for families with children. There are always plents of sunbeds too.
Places of interest to visit are the city of Malaga,Ronda, Granada, Tarifa and Seville.
We are less than a 2 hour drive from the ski resort of Sierra Nevada so you could ski in the day and the next day sunbathe here on the beach!
The Puerto Banus / Nueva Andalucia area
There are many different activities for children and teenagers to enjoy eg.theme parks, zoos, water parks, safari parks, cable cars, go karting. Ask me for more details as I can forward you a list with websites etc.
Puerto Banus has a good nightlife with a market held daily until midnight in the summer and clubs for those with the energy. There are plenty of restaurants near the apartment and all around Puerto Banus too. The marina is alive in the summer with people dining out and people watching, particularly for celebrities who frequent the famous Sinatra's bar by the marina. The shops are also open until very late.
The local Saturday morning market is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and should not be missed. Less than 5 minutes on foot you have a pharmacy, supermarket, Pasta restaurant, Pizza restaurant, Indian restaurant, English speaking doctor/dental clinic and a cafe with wireless internet access.

There are taxis from outside the terminal and I can give you details of a holiday taxi transfer company.
There is a direct coach from just outside the Terminal building that costs approx 5 euros per person which will go directly to Marbella Bus Station. From here the apartment is less than a 10 minute drive and taxis are readily available. You pay the bus driver at Malaga and at Marbella Bus Station you pay at the ticket office.
You can fly from the UK into Malaga with Easyjet, BMI baby, Monarch, BA,Ryan air
The apartment is located approx 40 minutes from Malaga airport and 40 minutes from Gibraltar airport. There are plenty of car hire firms inside the terminal building of Malaga including Hertz.

Wow amazing apartment, everything to mak a wonderful holiday. Within 15 minute walk of Peurto Banus straight down the hill, however just a few minutes from the complex, nice bars and places to eat. Supermarket exceptional, reasonably priced for eating in. Pools fantastic when we stayed my daughter and I were the only people around the pool!! Poolside toilets and shower extremely clean and the complex beautiful. Would definately return.

Having stayed in the area many times before, this was a new complex to us. This apartment met all out needs, from the time I booked with Ann until we left.
The owner came back to us straight away as soon as we had enquired about the apartment and could not have been more helpful.
The pictures do not do the apartment justice. It was extremely clean, with new bedding and towels it had everything you wanted and is in a fantastic loacation.
The apartment was very close to the entrance of the complex and with 24hr security was very safe. Inside the apartment there was everything you needed, and if we did have a problem there was someone we could call any time of the day and night.
Many evenings were spent at the local restaurant 5 minutes down the road, which only involved a slow walk up the hill back to the apartment before sitting on the terrace.
The pools on the complex were clean and a life guard was on site at the main pool between 11 and 7 everyday. It did get busy at the pool during the day, but with many beaches close by you this wasn't too much of a problem..There was no noise on the complex after 11pm and anyone attempting to have a late night party were soon spoken to by the security!.
As there are lots of residents on the complex it is quiet , but in essence it is in the perfect location wiith everything you need in easy walking distance. We will be returning and definitely recommending this to our friends !

WINTER LET INFORMATION - lets of 1 month or more available October-Mayl from £200 per week which includes your utility bills and Freeview tv, BBC 1, BBC 2, ITV etc) This is based upon 2 people sharing. If you wish to have extra guests they will be charged an extra £50 p.w per person.
For holiday bookings, a 25% non refundable deposit is payable upon booking, payable by bank transfer to a UK bank or credit/debit card. The final amount is required 8 weeks before your holiday is due to commence. If paying by bank transfer a £100 breakages deposit will required along with your final payment. If paying by credit/debit card any damages or excessive cleaning will be deducted from your card upon departure.If you have a non sterling bank account then you will need to pay via a credit/debit card.
If there is a 5th person staying in the apartment we charge an extra £50 per week.
No single sex groups under 30 years of age.
