Refundable breakages deposit of 250euros required prior to arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
25% of rental fee due eight weeks before your stay to secure booking.
There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access.


Due to the high maintenance costs, the property is only booked on a minimum of a week basis but we are happy to accept bookings of any combination of days or weeks after this.
Should you require additional cleaning or laundry or maid service during your stay it is vital that u let us know at the time of booking and this service is very popular and will need to be scheduled.

Welcome packs are available on arrival. with basic essentials until you can get to the local shops which are only minutes from the apartment (small local charge)
