It has a wide sandy beach and a fishing port close by where you can watch local fishermen unloading their catch from their colourful boats,but you will have to be up early for the fish auction! The pretty main square of Estepona has numerous cafes and restaurants amid remnants of old castle wallsand traditional whitewashed buildings with their balconies of scented flowers. There is a good mix of shops and the area is particularly popular with families and well heeled British retirees. Sorry No Animals. Strictly no smoking except on the balcony. Refundable breakages deposit of 250euros required prior to arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% of rental fee due eight weeks before your stay to secure booking. There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access.
Due to the high maintenance costs, the property is only booked on a minimum of a week basis but we are happy to accept bookings of any combination of days or weeks after this. Should you require additional cleaning or laundry or maid service during your stay it is vital that u let us know at the time of booking and this service is very popular and will need to be scheduled.
