Home description

This is a superb luxury ground floor apartment in an ideal location The apartment is fully air-conditioned and features 3 full sized bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a double king size bed, generous built in wardrobe space and an en suite bathroom finished in white marble. The bathroom comprises a bath with shower over, toilet and bidet. The second and third bedrooms have two single beds, built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The second bathroom, also finished in white marble, features a walk-in shower, w.c. and bidet.

The spacious L shaped lounge and dining area is equipped with A 32" Wide Screen LCD Satellite SKY T.V for English Chanels., video and DVD player, plus a Bose Hi Fi unit. The fully fitted kitchen comprises an oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave.

Outside is a generous private terrace area with table and chairs for alfresco dining plus sun loungers.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Los Naranjos de Marbella is conveniently sited close to the centre of Puerto Banus (just a short 4 min taxi ride)whilst maintaining a quiet and relaxed environment. The complex is part residential with approximately 40% being owner occupied and boasts beautiful landscaped tropical gardens.


Puerto Banus / Golf Valley area

Puerto Banus is located just west of Marbella, before you reach the small town of San Pedro. This is the place to be pampered yachtside and ogle at those fabulous luxury yachts while sipping a drink at one of the many open air restaurants and bars. The setting is close to ideal, with its impressive mountain backdrop and ocean views. Nightlife buzzes at Puerto Banus with your choice of alfresco bars, piano clubs and discos while during the day this is a window shoppers dream. Shopping facilities are excellent; ranging from designer clothes to less expensive outlets.


How to get there

Full directions from Malaga Airport will be provided. The car journey from Malaga Airport to Los Naranjos de Marbella will take about 50 minutes.

Dear Chris and Linda, Just thought that we'd drop you a line to say how much we have enjoyed our holiday at your apartment. The pictures you sent us of the apartment didn't do it justice, on arrival we were taken aback by how luxurious it was. We hired a people carrier for the duration and found Los Naranjos to be an ideal base to tour the Costa Del Sol and surrounding areas. Our only regret was having to come home at the end of the two weeks and we will certainly return to visit the other places we didn't manage to fit in.
