This stunning apartment is located just 15 minutes’ drive from the beach, on the foothills of the beautiful Ronda mountains . Quiet and peaceful, Ocean Pines is just outside the beautiful village of Benhavis with it's many fantastic restaurants to enjoy on summers evening. Or for lovers of the country side it is a short drive to the Refugio de Juanar, a pretty country house set in a National Reserve specialising in game not found on the coast such as marinated partridge, venison, quail and even mountain goat. Walking trails are well marked and it is well worth the walk to the Mirador that looks as far as Africa on a clear day. Beach lovers are well catered for locally with beaches to suit every one, from families to beach babes and beach bars and restaurants from 'bare foot' chiringuitos to exclusive beach clubs yet only ten to fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as Puerto Banus, Estepona and Marbella, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The complex benefits from its own outside pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children also within the compex is a indoor heated swimming pool with large glazed windows which can open out so you can enjoy fantastic views and large sun terrace. Next to the indoor swimming pool is a Sauna and Jucuzzi to enjoy all year round. In the apartment and leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two double and one twin bedroom, the apartment is ideal for family get together, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. In winter months some communal pools may be closed due to local laws

Estepona has a promenade and a fishing port where you can watch local fishermen unloading their catch from their colourful boats, but you will have to be up early for the fish auction! The pretty main square has numerous cafes and restaurants amid remnants of old castle walls and traditional whitewashed buildings with their balconies of scented flowers. There is a good mix of shops and the area is particularly popular with families and well heeled British retirees. There are many children's activities locally and within 30 mins drive. Fuengirola Zoo, the most modern in Spain is excellent and well worth a visit, also Tivoli World theme Park. Selwo Park, a safari style park is nearby. There are also Water parks and all types of sports, horse riding etc.

In-expensive flights available via Easyjet- Jet2.com - Monarch - BMI and many many more. Flights to Malaga are no more than 2.5 - 3 hours.

Refundable breakages deposit of 250euros required prior to arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% of rental fee due eight weeks before your stay to secure booking. None refundable on cancellation There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access.
Due to the high maintenance costs, the property is only booked on a minimum of a week basis but we are happy to accept bookings of any combination of days or weeks after this. Should you require additional cleaning or laundry or maid service during your stay it is vital that u let us know at the time of booking and this service is very popular and will need to be scheduled.
