Estepona is a very pleasant town 16 miles west of Marbella, with along seafront promenade, perfect for those sunset strolls or winter walks. The pretty main square has numerous cafes and restaurants amid remnants of old castle walls and traditional whitewashed buildings with their balconies of scented flowers. There is a good mix of shops and the area is particularly popular with families and well heeled British retirees. For those seeking nighlife, the exclusive bars and clubs of Puerto Banus are 10-15 minutes by car.

Sorry No Animals. Strictly no smoking except on the balcony. Refundable security deposit of 250€ to be refunded within ten days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% deposit of rental fee payable on booking, balance and security deposit due eight weeks before your stay. One set of linen is included in rental charge, spare bedding is provided for your convenience but should be laundred and ironed. Should extra lined be used but not laundered a charge of 50€ will be deducted form the security deposit.
Due to the high maintenance costs, the property is only booked on a minimum of a week basis but we are happy to accept bookings of any combination of days or weeks after this. Should you require additional cleaning or laundry or maid service during your stay it is vital that u let us know at the time of booking and this service is very popular and will need to be scheduled. Your holiday is booked through booking agents, therefore the responsibility of the property, is that of the owners. Please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance
