Home description

Your holiday apartment is situated in a modern complex, on the 4th floor with superb mountain views to the front, overlooking the pool to the rear. Access to the apartment is by lift or stairs. It is beautifully furnished with a double bedroom, twin bedroom, lounge/dining room, and luxury fitted kitchen, including fridge/freezer, microwave, washer and dishwasher.

The bedrooms are light and airy, the lounge offers comfort and luxury, and all rooms are thoughtfully designed and tastefully furnished to meet all expectations. The apartment is fully air/heating conditioned and has Sky satalite freeview TV,DVD,and CD players. It accommodates 4 people comfortably. Enjoy the beautiful mountain/sea views from the L shaped balcony to the front, which includes table, chairs and sun lounges. You can also find a smaller balcony to the rear facing the pool. The apartments decor is modern and friendly throughout. It is fully equipped to accommodate your needs, and you can relax in comfort and luxury.
The kitchen has all modern conveniences. The bathrooms has been tastefully designed and includes a bidet and over bath showers for your convenience.

Senorio de Aloha is located in Nueva Andalucia, 15 minutes stroll from the heart of cosmopolitan Puerto Banus, and 4 miles from Marbella. The complex was constructed between 1999 and 2001 and is attractively landscaped, containing three swimming pools and two children's pools. The development has 24 hour security and underground parking. There are three supermarkets within 5 minutes walk, as well as a great choice of restaurants and bars close by.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

At 750 metres above sea level, you can find the beautiful town of Ronda. In the middle of the mountain range Serrana de Ronda, the town lies at the edge of a canyon at a depth of 120 metres, and is certainly one of the most incredible places you will ever visit.
At 53 kilometres from Marbella, it can be reached by a single road, and it is a journey which is worth the effort. The road winds up through the mountains of the Sierra Bermeja, and then descends into the Serrania de Ronda and the town itself. Ronda is steeped in history.

It stands on a towering plateau in the mountains of Malaga Province, and is famous for the plunging river gorge which divides the medieval from the 18th century parts of the town. This gorge is known as El Tajo. The Cliff and is spanned by "The New Bridge", which divides the old city (known as the "La Ciudad") from the newer city and its suburbs. Built between 1750 and 1793, the bridge is legendary - spanning the Guadalevn river gorge, and reaching a height of 98 metres.

An interesting Arabic legend has it that 'those architects that built a great building must die, so that they couldn't build any other greater work'. Ronda is also famous for its bullring, and although not to everyone's taste, this is the oldest, and one of the most magnificent in Spain; the arena itself is also the country's largest. There are few bullfights these days; the bullring is open to visitors, and has a fascinating museum with many mementos of Spain's most renowned bullfighters.

Modern (largely built in the 18th century) Ronda is the quarter to the North of the gorge, called El Mercadillo, with the Plaza de Espania, the site of Ronda's recently built Parador, the spectacular walkway along the river gorge with superb views of the countryside below. There is also a pedestrian shopping district, where most of the shops still retain their traditional appearance and style.


Puerto Banus / Senorio de Aloha area

There is something for everyone on the Costa Del Sol. The apartment is located at the entrance to Golf Valley, with dozens of the finest courses on the coast in close proximity. The centre of Puerto Banus is only a few minutes walk, with its famous Marina, tens of restaurants and bars, and designer shops. Marbella is only a 10 minute drive or taxi ride away, or a 1 hour stroll if you're feeling energetic.

Both Puerto Banus and Marbella have excellent beaches. Traditional resorts of Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Torremolinos are all within 30 minutes drive. For something different, try Gibraltar (50 minutes), with it's duty free shops, monkeys, and wall to wall "Englishness". For a taste of the REAL Spain, 30 minutes drive inland will take you to the magnificent town of Ronda, a picturesque stopping off point on the way to Seville.

Granada is certainly worth a visit, as well as Mijas and Cesares. Alternatively, simply find an empty table at one of the many cafes or bars around Marbella or Banus Marina and watch the rich and famous at play!

Our advice is-: BOOK your FLIGHT early to purchase the cheapest fares.
Transfers to Puerto Banus from the Airport you may choose a taxi, the rank is situated outside the airport exit doors, and the cost will vary depending on the euro exchange. Or perhaps you prefer the freedom and convenience of car hire.
There are numerous car hire companies inside Malaga Airport (below baggage collection). Lots of competition means great deals - especially out of season. Recommended compariable website www.email-car-hire.com

Provisional bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of a refundable £100.00 deposit, the balance of payment must be received 8 weeks before your departure. Terms and conditions for refunds will be supplied.

All rental arrangements are from Saturday to Saturday, (unless previously agreed). June, July, and August are weekly rentals only. The apartment will be available from 3pm on the date of arrival, and must be vacated by 10am on the date of departure.(unless previously agreed).

A breakage deposit of £100.00 required when booking, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

There is lift access to the apartment providing wheelchair access.
