You will be delighted with every aspect of this friendly and inviting apartment, modern and completely equipped kitchen, master bedroom with en suite (king size bed), you will be able to relax and enjoy your holiday.

We have two terraces. One overlooking the Paseo where you can sit and watch the world go by whilst having your meal or just a drink or two. The other terrace is accessed from the second bedroom. Sun lounges and sun umbrella available for you to use.
There is a clubhouse, with pool and tennis and alfresco dining. Supermarket Mercadona (great fish counter) is just a 3 minute’s walk and a hypermarket/superstore Corte Ingles in Puerto Banus just a five minute drive.

The Costa del Sol region
Costa Del Sol stretches from Gibraltar in the east to Almeria in the west and is famous for more than 30 of Europe’s finest Golf Courses. The beautiful sandy beaches are one of the major attractions with clear water; secluded coves, which make up the Costa Del Sol's natural, landscape. With an average of approximately 300 days of sunshine a year it's ideal for families looking for great weather and outdoor activities.
There is so mush to see, just north lies the ancient town of Ronda set over the famous gorge, the 30 mile drive through rocky landscapes, woods and ravines was voted one of Europe's top ten drives by the AAA. Take a white village trip and visit Tolox, Ojen, Coin and Mijas. Morocco, Gibraltar is a good day trip and how about the Sierra Nevada – skiing or Granada and the famous Alhambre just two hours from our apartment.
It's not just the beach and the jet set that have given Marbella its reputation, you can visit the 'Old Town' around the Plaza de la Constitucion with a 16th century town hall, fountain and castle, the Castillo de Madera and excellent Tapas bars and Restaurants in a relaxed shaded location, especially so at Orange Square, away from the hustle and bustle of the beach. You can get to Marbella on foot along the promenade in an hour (bicycle 20 mins) or by the L1 bus from our entrance or better still take the water taxi from Puerto Banus Marina, great fun.
Puerto Banus is undoubtedly the most fashionable resort in Southern Spain. Beautiful sandy beaches many restaurants and bars (Spanish, Thai, Italian, Chinese and American), endless designer clothes stores, and modern shopping centres. A famous harbour accommodating some of the Mediterranean's finest yachts.
A very famous ‘Rasta’ market is held at the Bullring every Saturday for bargain hunters. Play golf night or day at Dama de Noche Golf club, located adjacent to the Los Naranjos complex.
If you aren’t tired at the end of the day there are plenty of night-clubs to keep you going into the early hours.

"Comfortable, well equipped and spacious apartment"
We had a great holiday in this apartment. It is very well equipped with even pool toys for the kids. It is very comfortable and spacious. It being on the ground floor we found it very safe for our 5 and 7 year old kids. There is a fabulous supermarket a stones throw away with a really lovely pool practically outside your door. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and helped us out with any queries we had. We would not hesitate to go back again.

"poor condition, in need of basic maintenance and not child friendly"
There are just too many things that are wrong, so I'll try keep this simple and objective. This flat is not clean, it is dated and in need of basic maintenance; the hot water tap in the family bathroom was so hot (because of a faulty boiler) to the point that my 3 year old son got a second degree burn when he touched the tap for no more than a second. This pretty much ruined his and our holiday. The beds are old, noisy, rather flimsy with metal frames that have sharp corners (again not great for young children).
Generally there is a feeling that this place is not loved and looked after, but on a positive note it is on a beautiful development in a great location, with a few pools on its doorstep, close enough to Puerto Banus (though not within walking distance). The owner is friendly and helpful (but I think he may be let down by his local agent).
