The Costa del Sol region

We have been in this appartment for just one week but we have had an amazing time! The view was stunning, the space in the appartment was really comfortable and the place of the appartment was perfect. We absolutely want to come back here once.

The apartment was fresh and airy and well equiped. It was comfortable and well situated near to all necessary amenities, including a pub and several excellant eateries. A car was essential but that is normal.

The best thing regarding this rental are the 2 terraces affording sun morning and evening,The fixtures & fittings are tired, it needs a major refurbishment to live up to the Owners description. The views are spectacular and it is fairly close to Puerto Banus and other resorts,needs a private parking space as the 4 available were often taken requiring use of the 3 Guest spaces(short walk up/down a rather steep hill)
Whilst we are pleased that you enjoyed the magnificient views we are very disapointed that you felt the apartment was "tired".
We try very hard to maintain the apartment to a very high standard, in fact just a few months before your stay in October we had the apartment completely re-decorated with bright fresh white paint throughout. This was done by a proffessional painter and decorator to a very high standard.
Prior to the Summer we had new ceiling fans fitted in both bedrooms to offer our guests an alternative to the air-conditioning.
It is a pity that you didnt contact me during your 10 week stay as we would have been happy to look at anything you felt needed to be done.
On our regular trips to the apartment ourselves we always replenish any broken or damaged glassware and crockery and make sure that our guests have everything they need for both a short term and long term stay.
The cotton bedding is of the highest quality as are the towels which are plentiful.
Our proffessional cleaners have always done a great job and Im sure you will agree that the apartment was spotless on your arrival.
We have recently returned to England after spending 2 wonderful weeks at the apartment over the Christmas period. Whilst we were there we showed prospective renters the apartment. They have been renting in the area for the the past 15 years for 3 months over the winter period. After a thorough inspection they told us that it was the nicest apartment they had ever seen in the area and were very pleased to book for 3 months next year.
I am very sorry that you felt that the apartment did not live up to your expectations as this is not the experience of all our other renters. Please feel free to contact me personally when we could perhaps discuss this in more detail so that we can make sure that no-one should feel the same way again.
I can assure you that we endevour to do anything necesary to make sure that the accomodation is kept to a very high standard.
With regards to the car parking I must apologise if it was not explained to you that all the parking areas are for the use of the renters. There are many more than the 4 spaces at the bottom of the hill, including those running down the right hand side. we have rarely had a problem with parking and perhaps you were not aware that you are able to use the parking areas directly in front of other apartments to the right. I have never had the need to park in the guest spots a little further up the hill and have always find a space close to the apartment.
