- The apartment has a large living room and comfortably seats six people. Digital TV, Satellite, CD player, Hi-Fi and DVD Player are available for your pleasure. The living room leads out onto two large separate terraces each with seating areas, one with a 6 seater dining table and chairs.
- The dining area is large and spacious and has an attractive 8 seater wood dining table and chairs.
- Modern fully equipped rustic Spanish style kitchen with a generous stock of crockery, utensils and glassware. Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and much much more!
- Master en-suite bedroom with super-king sized bed, two bed side tables with lamps, chaise long, plenty of fitted robe space, hairdryer. The en suite has a double basin, WC, walk in glass shower cubicle and bath with shower over.
- Bedroom Two has a double bed, 2 Bed Side tables with lamps, fitted wardrobes.
- Bedroom Three is large and spacious with twin beds (with pull-out single beds underneath), side table with lamp. Addionally, this room has its own private terrace.
- The main bathroom has WC, bath and shower ( inc washing machine/tumble dryer).

- Private gated community with remote control fob. Beautiful gardens with abundance of palm trees and colourful shrubs and Flowers. Quiet location.
- Communal swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers.
We will require a 10% Deposit by Cheque to secure the booking
We will also require a Security Deposit of £350, which will be returned back to you, once you vacate the Apartment and it has been confirned by the Management Company, that no damages has taken place.

Meet and Greet Charges
Our Managing Agent provides a Complimentary Meet and Greet Service between the hours of 10.00am and 7.00pm
PLS NOTE, THAT ANY TIME BEFORE OR AFTER THESE HOURS, THE CLIENT WILL BE CHARGED AN OUT OF HOURS RATE OF:-
7.00pm - Midnight - 75 Euros
Midnight - 10.00am -- 100 Euros

For those people who will not be hiring a Car, we recommend that you either
A) Take the Local Bus from Malaga Airport to Puerto Banus, it is approximately 10 euros per person and runs from the Airport at regular intervals
B) A taxi is approxinmately 60 - 80 euros per car and again there are many taxis available, once you have arrived
Malaga Airport to our Apartment in Puerto Banus is approximately 45 mins Drive
