A simply stunning duplex (2 floors) apartment that has it all. Located in a quiet residential area with stunning views directly towards La Conche Mountain (4,000ft high) and towards Marbella Bay and yet within 12 minutes walk to all that Puerto Banus has to offer including masses of bars and restaurants and numerous beaches.
You will spend most of your time sitting on the large covered balcony enjoying the incredible scenery. Apart from 4 large armchairs, the balcony also has a large 6-seater dining table for wonderful "al fresco" eating (BBQ provided).
Within 5 minutes drive are 5 golf courses and within 1 hour are a number of Andalucia's famous "Pueblo Blancos" including Ronda and Mijas. So "real Spain" is also on your doorstep!

The interior is beautifully furnished in a clean contemporary style with seating for 4 adults. Bedrooms, whilst not huge are nicely furnished and both have luxurious marble en-suite bathrooms with quality steel baths and excellent water pressure. The master suite has its own terrace with views to La Conche - ideal for sipping your morning tea!
The kitchen is fully equipped. The sitting room and bedrooms are fully air conditioned (including reversible for heat if ever required in "winter").
The TV has SKY satellite with BBC1/2/3/4, ITV1/2, Chan 4 and SKY News.
Master suite has room for a baby/travel cot (NOT provided). You will need to bring your own BEACH towels, tea-towels for kitchen and hairdryers but everything else is provided for you. There is one double bedroom and one with two singles - so will sleep 4 adults or 2 adults and three small(er) children. There are 4 full-length sun-loungers for you to take to the pool(s).
My separate/external store-room can be used for storing your suitcases and bags in event of early arrival on your check-in day and/or late departure on check-out day so you can leave these in there and carry on holidaying!
Local "dongle" provided for excellent Wi-fi (you pay locally to charge this up). Bring your own lap-top.

The apartment is located in a secure gated community with 24 hour guards and includes SECURE UNDERGROUND PARKING - ALLOCATED SPACE. There are a total of 3 swimming pools (all outdoor non-heated) - so at any given time one or more is in the sun and one or more in the shade - whatever you prefer.
NOTE: Closest pool open all year - other 2 closed during winter (Oct to April).
You are within 5 mins walking distance of Nueva Andalucia market (Sat mornings) and 12 mins walk in to Puerto Banus with dozens of bars and restaurants for all pockets.
Marbella town is within 15 mins drive (4 miles).
The site is hilly and the apartment is over 2 floors so not ideal for the infirm or those in wheelchairs.
Toddlers will need supervision as there are some drops (protected by railings of course) around the community grounds.
Strictly NO PETS.
Strictly smoking only on the outdoor terraces please.
A full guide to the apartment and all local shops/facilities will be provided (and route/local maps) - so you will find your way there easily and not waste a single minute searching things out.
ALL BOOKINGS (Except Winter) GO SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.
50% Booking Deposit ("BD") payable on booking - refundable as follows: a) Cancel up to 2 months before Arrival Date ("AD") - "BD" returned less £100 per week booked. b) Cancel between 2 months and 6 weeks before "AD" - "BD" returned less £150 per week booked. c) Cancel between 6 weeks and 1 month before "AD" - "BD" returned less £195 (£250 for "AD's" in July and Aug) per week booked. d) Cancel with less than 1 month before "AD" (or fail to pay 50% balance at this time) - No refund at all.
The 50% balance is payable (clear in my account) 1 month before "AD".
Fully refundable Security Deposit £250 also payable on all bookings - 1 month before "AD". Returned if no damages.
The Costa del Sol region
This part of the Costa Del Sol enjoys a micro-climate being protected by the Atlas Mountains of Morocco (visible on a clear day!) and is the southern-most point in continental Europe so it enjoys YEAR ROUND SUN AND WARMTH.
The Puerto Banus / Nueva Andalucia area
Puerto Banus is the "St Tropez" of Spain - a huge Marina lined with myriad restaurants and bars looking across to the mega-yachts and cruisers.
This town is so popular, it is one of a very small number of Meditteranean resorts that can boast a year-round "season" - with all the front line venues staying open all 12 months. Prices drop considerably outside of the summer peak making it an ideal place to chill out and enjoy the "cafe society". My "winter" prices are such a bargain - why not just visit for a long week-end?
