This luxurious fully air conditioned and centrally heated 2 bed, 2 bath Apartment sleeping 4 people is situated on the Tee 5 complex within the gated community of Los Flamingos. Finished in April 2007, it has been furnished with no expense spared.
Tee 5 is set in the grounds of the 5 star Hotel Villa Padierna, a member of the world renowned Ritz Carlton group. The hotel is built like a Tuscan palace, in the beautiful surrounding of its own golf course, the Flamingos Golf Club.
Open fire places and a touch of English decor make the Villa Padierna a wonderful place to pop into for a drink, snack, or a meal.
The hotel restaurants have the most beautiful views over the golf course, the Mediterranean Sea , Gibraltar and Africa , and offer a great variety of typical Spanish and international dishes
When you visit the hotel, you can understand why it is a member of Leading Small Hotels of the World and has been voted 7th 'Best Hotel in the World' in the F.T.

The lounge area is spacious and includes an Italian leather suite and 42"plasma TV (with freesat channels), there is also an Ipod dock for your IPhone or Ipod. Sliding door to the terrace with views over the golf course and the hotel. The dining area has fabulous glass table with seating for six.
The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance you could wish for - Dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Iron and ironing board provided.
Master bedroom with King-size bed, spacious wardrobes and deluxe en suite with double sinks, walk in shower and jacuzzi bath, again with sliding doors to terrace.
Guest bedroom with twin beds, spacious wardrobes and deluxe en suite with bath again with sliding doors to terrace - under floor heating in both bathrooms.
A further guest cloakroom completes the facilities.
The terrace extends the full length of the Apartment with table for al fresco dining and two stunning italian wicker settees for relaxing in the afternoon sun.

Apartment is cleaned with fresh linen prior to arrival. For a two week stay, an apartment clean can be arranged after 1 week at additional cost, alternatively extra linen will be available.
Towels are provided although you will need to bring your own beach towel.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
An additional payment of £150.00 will be taken 8 weeks prior to arrival, to be refunded after departure check for breakages, mis-use, additional cleaning if required.
The Costa del Sol region


There is something for everyone be it golf, sightseeing or relaxation. Along the coastal road there are numerous beach clubs (Laguna Beach situated close by to Los Flamingos and the luxury Buddha Beach Club in Puerto Banus - www.buddhabeachbanus.com) where you can relax in the sun and have bars, restaurants and shopping all to hand.
In the evening, you will be spoilt for choice when eating out. Benahavis offers many award winning restaurants and is well worth the drive.
Marbella old town has a great choice of restaurants too.
Nightlife to suit anyone is in abundance - from quiet tavernas to hip night clubs and bars where the fun can go on until the very early hours.
There really is something for everyone.
The climate is excellent all year round with the winter months reaching a pleasant 20 degrees or more - perfect for all the sightseeing available in the area or a game of Golf or Tennis. In the Spring and Autumn temperatures hover around a very pleasant 25 degrees or more and in the summer months it is the ideal time to dress down for days on the beach, enjoying the water sports, shopping, sight seeing and much more.
Watch the world go by at one of the many cafes and restaurants located within the harbour area or stroll the many boutiques and bars available within a short walk of each other.
The Puerto Banus / Los Flamingos area
Los Flamingos is a resort on the 'New Golden Mile', that ranks as one of the most attractive and desirable developments along the Costa del Sol.
The Apartment is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area with Marbella, San Pedro and Estepona within a 15 minute drive.
The world renowned resort of Puerto Banus is some 5 miles away with it's luxurious marina, restaurants, bars and designer shopping. Marbella's 'old quarter' is packed with interesting places to visit as well as an array of places to eat and drink along the many pedestrianised whitewashed narrow streets and squares and Estepona, famous for its many festivals.
San Pedro has safe , sandy beaches and beachfront promenade is only 5 minutes away. Further inland the quaint mountain village of Benahavis provides many great restaurants with spectacular views.
Cancelada - the local village - has an array of restaurants and cafes to enjoy (The shops sell everything you may need including all nationality of newspapers)
Golf - 50 Local Courses
With approximately 50 golf courses between Malaga and Gibraltar, the Costa del Sol is a golfer’s dream. Indeed, with the highest concentration of golf courses in all of Europe, it’s not surprising that many have dubbed the area the ‘Costa del Golf’.
Overlooking Los Flamingos Golf Club
The apartment at Tee 5 directly overlooks the fith tee at Flamingos Golf Club, a magnificent course designed by Antonio García Garrido. Opened in 2001, Los Flamingos has played host to the PGA European Senior Matchplay Championship for the last three years. Flamingos Golf Club is one of three championship-quality golf courses in the immediate vicinity.

Just wanted to drop you a quick email with regards to the wonderful week we have just spent in your apartment! Wow what can i say! Absolutley fantastic!!! The apartment is better than the photos, the grounds of tee 5 are extrodinairy and the pool was fab! All of the staff from the gardener to the pool cleaner to the security
staff were all friendly. A very relaxing time was had and will definitely return again later in the year - June 2010
