Urbanisation Hacienda El Palmeral is located in Marbella famous golf valley Nueva Andalucia, a beautiful complex in an exclusive residential area next to Puerto Banus. 303m2 construction with 2 terraces of 20m2 and a private garden of 40m2 with a lovely view over the community gardens. It distributes in a nice large living room with dinning area, a fully equipped kitchen with Siemens machines and a toilet. Air-condition hot and cold in all the house and Satellite TV (digital plus), dvd player, cd player, ipod player and the latests xbox with games (assasins greed, fifa 2014, forza 5) also free wi-fi internet is available in all the house!. The urbanisation Hacienda El Palmeral is a gated and securitized community with a tropical gardens, a large adult swimmingpool with sunbeds and life guard. Walking distance to a large numbers of shops, restaurants and bars (there is an OpenCor next to it open until 2 am and a Mercadona Supermarket around the corner). Many lovely and famous golf courses in a couple of minutes drive, walking distance to Puerto Banus and the sandy beaches in 10 minutes from the house.

Puerto Banus is undoubtedly the most fashionable resort in Southern Spain. The town boasts two large modern shopping centres, numerous restaurants, bars and boutiques as well as the famous harbour accommodating some of the Mediterranean's finest yachts. Beautiful sandy beaches, many restaurants (Spanish, Thai, Italian, Chinese, Japanese and American) and endless designer clothes stores with a super car on every corner are the trademarks of Puerto Banus.
A local market is held at the Bullring every Saturday for bargains. Nightclubs include Pangea, Ocean Club and Glam. Younger children will enjoy the miles of sandy beaches and nearby waterpark.
Play golf day or night at Dama de Noche Golf club. This 9 hole course, located directly next door to the Los Naramjos complex has floodlights to enable you to play after dark. Many other great courses are within a short drive of the complex.
Just less than 1500 metres from Port Banus, 10 minute drive from Marbella town, and 40-minute drive from Malaga Airport.
The house is situated in the heart of Nueva Andalucia which is located a short distance behind Puerto Banus (walking distance from the house). Known as 'Golf Valley' it's a great location, surrounded by golf courses with a great choice of restaurants, good shopping facilities and only a mile and a half from the port and beaches
You will find a row of restaurants within a few minutes walk of the apartment, including French, Scandinavian, Italian and Aregentinian
There are 4 local supermarkets - Opencor, which is right next to by the house, selling all basic provisions and open from 8am until 2am 7 days a week. There are also excellent much larger stores Mercadona, Supersol close by (also walking distance) and HIpercor at Corte ingles, both have everything you could possibly need including fine fresh fish and meat counters.
