This luxurious private apartment is on the Ground Floor of an exclusive development minutes walk from Puerto BanusTownCentre, Marina and Beaches. The apartment is light and spacious, tiled throughout with Entrance Hall, separate fully equipped Kitchen, Lounge / Dining and Terrace. A hall leads to the Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom and Bathroom. There is a 3rd guest room on the lower ground floor with it's own separate Bathroom. The furnishings are of the highest quality and include Wifi and Satellite TV.
Each bedroom has its own terrace and there is also a large terrace off the Lounge.
Restaurants, shops and pharmacy right on the doorstep and local market operates every Saturday.
The apartment is in a gated community with security at main gate.
The complex has 3 outdoor swimming pools for exclusive use by owners and guests.
The property has a double parking space in the underground garage.
Prices are in Euro, however sterling or other currencies are acceptable using current conversion rates.
·Prices are based on a maximum of 6 persons sharing.
·A deposit of 20% is required to secure booking with balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
·A breakage deposit of 200 Euros is to be paid on arrival to local representative, it will be refunded on day of departure following a satisfactory inspection by our representative.
·Check-in is 3pm onwards and check-out time on day of departure is 11am. This is to allow adequate time for cleaning before next guests arrive, if however no other guests are arriving on check-out day, this time can be flexible.
·Please note bookings not accepted if all members of the party are less than 25 years of age.
·Prices quoted include bed linen and towel changes.

The Andalucia region
The surrounding areas of Puerto Banus should be explored and enjoyed. The Sierra Bermeja Mountains rise up to the north of the town, and numerous golf courses are scattered within a 10 kilometre radius of Puerto Banus. Needless to say, the golf courses are some of the best in Europe and go towards making Puerto Banus one of the world's top golfing holiday destinations.
Puerto Banus is only a few kilometres west of Marbella, and being under the Municipality of Marbella shares many characteristics of the Costa del Sol's most well known resort. Famous for it's picturesque marina filled with multi-million dollar yachts, Puerto Banus also boasts a beach that stretches for one kilometre - the golden sands are a major attraction to this town that was once a traditional Spanish fishing village decades ago.
As with any resort, Puerto Banus has a myriad of fine restaurants, world-class shopping and casino facilities. Designer names can be found on all the main streets, but if you prefer to browse smaller, more traditional Spanish shops and boutiques then there are plenty of these too. Notably the premier Spanish department store El Corte Ingles with it's five stories, and the Marina Banus Shopping Centre are two of the most popular locations that shoppers head for. Alternatively, a visit to the weekly market held in the bullring each Saturday morning is a great way to buy both local products and holiday.
Puerto Banus nightlife is as good as it gets and holds a world-class reputation. It can carry on until dawn if you want it to, or if you prefer something a bit more sedate then you can settle for a quiet drink and tapa in any one of the countless local bars spread throughout the town. If you do get the urge to have a taste of Tinsel Town, there are numerous cocktail and wine bars spread around the Marina and seafront areas, known as the Muelle Rivera - incidentally these are great areas for doing a bit of 'star spotting'!

"Fantastic apartment and location"
We stayed at this apartment for 10 days (15th to 24th June)
The owners were extremely helpful in answering any questions we had and
providing us with all the information we required.

We spent a very pleasant week at this apartment in April 2013. The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars and beach and best of all we had the Saturday Market just a 5 min walk away. The apartment is very spacious, it was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The complex is well very well maintained with the swimming pool is set in gardens close to the apartment. Joan the owner was brilliant, she gave us all her local knowledge before we ever arrived. We were so pleased to have found this apartment, we have booked again for a week in September.

"Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location"
We had a wonderful week in this fabulous apartment in a great location. It is very central to all the amenities that you could possibly want, restaurants, shops, beach and bars. The complex is very well maintained and the apartment has everything you need to make your stay so comfortable. There is also a great market within walking distance on Saturday.
