The apartment is furnished to the highest standards with every convieniance carefully catered for your "home from home" dream holiday experience. Secure underground car parking facility with lift to directly access the apartment makes it ideal for families of all ages and senior citizens alike.

No queueing for the pool as it is on your door step in immaculately maintained landscaped gardens. Wake up to gorgeous sunny days and sip your morning tea in the privacy of your patio and look onto the spectacular views of the sea , landscaped gardens, and luscious green golfcourse with fountains and lakes. Both master bedroom and lounge open onto the patio and this leads to the private garden, through to a few steps down to the swimming pools ,one for adults and one for the kids. Eat in and use the state of the art kitchen to prepare your meals. No rush for the bathroom as both bedrooms are en suite again fitted luxuriously with baths ,showers etc. Get away from the afternoon heat to the cool airconditioning of the apartment. In the winter if it gets chilly switch on the central heating.

The Master bedroom opens onto the patio through secure french windows. The Second bedroom has 2 single beds and ample fitted wardrobes.A separate bathroom ,for the use of this room is accessed from outside the room.The lounge is through to the dining area, and opens to the patio through french doors which are fitted with security locks for your safety.The lounge has a comfortable 3 piece leather suite,plasma TV with DVD player and satellite connection for your entertainment .The dining table seats 6 with modern leather chairs and there is a sideboard for storage.

There are several swimming pools on the complex to give you ample opportunity to enjoy the sun or swim without the need to feel cramped for space.There is one adult and one kids pool just a few steps from the apartment so you can watch your children from the private garden while you relax in the sun.There is a short tennis court to use on site.On the larger complex there is a golf course and a 5star hotel of the Ritz Carlton chain with a luxury spa to pamper yourself.The hotel has a charming terrace restaurant overlooking the spectacular golf course with lakes and fountains and stunning sea views.Should you have a special occassion to celebrate enjoy a meal in their restaurant,details of all ths available from the hotel including golfing facilities.

The Costa del Sol region

Costa del sol is the most popular of the costas due to its great weather , stunning sea views,and friendly people.There are charming restaurants with superb food,located on the beach, in the charming marina of Porta Banus or in the popular town of Marbella all easily accessed by car.The locals will tell you they have more than 300 days of sunshine with little rain due to the location with the sea on one side and mountains on the other.So if you wish to go up to the mountains you are soon there, which is a cool change from the warm sunny beaches .The famous caves of Nerja are a popular destination by car.If you are more adventureous you can drive upto Rhonda and further as well.

The Puerto Banus / Los Flamingos area

Marbella a 20 drive away, is a must if you wish to enjoy shopping in the many designer boutiques .There are plenty of famous large shops such as Zara ,Corte des inglis and many others which are full of mediterrean bargains.If you are a keen golfer ,the course on site has been used for championships and there are several others near by aas well.On the other hand for those who want something quieter the pretty Marina of Porta Banus with many cafes and restaurents is a short 10 minute drive away.
