The apartment was completely refurbished in 2007 and has recently had the fantastic terrace retiled and redesigned. It has one super king size bedroom and one two/three bedded room with two bathrooms (one en suite with corner bath, shower cubicle, sink and wc). The second bathroom has shower cubicle, sink and wc. The dining room has a patio door leading out on to the beautiful large roof terrace which has amazing views. Both bedrooms feature fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging space. The apartment is fully air conditioned and heated. The secure gardens have three swimming pools and a bar/restaurant area. There is also a secure parking space under the apartment block with lift access to all floors. The Playas del Duque buildings also have 24 hour security. For a small daily/weekly/monthly fee, you can have access to the Playas Del Duque Leisure facilities, which include a Gym.

Apart from being completely refurbished in 2006, the apartment has wooden flooring throughout the living and bedroom quarters and marble tiling in both bathrooms and kitchen. Both bathrooms are fully tiled. Clean bedding is provided and towels should only be used in the bathrooms, not for the beach or pool. The apartment has individual air conditioning units in both bedrooms as well as the lounge - these also act as hot air units for the cooler weather. The lounge includes a 37" plasma TV with freeview satelite channels only (i.e. NO SUBSCRIPTION CHANNELS). We now have Wi-Fi available in the apartment. Sorry, NO smoking allowed in the apartment.

The sun terrace has two sun loungers, a BBQ, seating for six people on a marble fixed table with views looking out to the sea and the harbour entrance. There are also fabulous views overlooking the three acre gardens, which include three swimming pools and bar/restaurant.

The apartment is not suitable for young children as the apartment is on the 4th Floor. An adult must accompany any children whilst on the terrace and the tenant has full responsibility for their actions whilst on the terrace.
There is a lift to the 4th floor but there are several steps up to the apartment front door. Please be aware of this information.

The Puerto Banus / Playas del Duque area
Every Saturday morning there is a popular street market. There are numerous quality golf courses within a few kilometers of the apartment. The ski slopes in Sierra Nevada are approximately 2 hours drive away. The nearest water park is approximately 20 minutes drive away.

The apartment is situated approximately 40 minutes drive from Malaga airport. Playas Del Duque is the most sought after development on the Costa Del Sol and lies adjacent to both the harbour and beach in Puerto Banus. Alternatively, flights into Gibraltar are becoming increasingly popular . There is an excellent bus service from just outside the terminal building direct into Marbella town centre. If you choose to rent a car, the apartment has its own private and secure underground car parking space.

£250 deposit is required for bookings and the balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if the booking is made within 6 weeks of the departure date.
Add £50 for departure cleaning and laundry for ALL BOOKINGS UNDER 7 NIGHTS.
Add £40 for DEPARTURES on a Sunday.
Apartment arrivals from 3 pm and departures by 11.00 am. Part rental periods are subject to availability and are pro-rata to weekly rate, however, we recognise the difficulty of arranging flights at certain times of the year and will be as flexible as possible on dates.
Breakages/Security Deposit:
A security deposit of £200 is taken to cover any breakages, damage to property, lost keys, etc. This will be refunded to you on your return, on receipt of the keys and after the agents have checked the property and have reported back to us that there are no breakages or any damage to the property or its contents.
Cancellation:
10% is charged if cancelled over 6 weeks before arrival date.
25% is charged if cancelled within 4-6 weeks before arrival date.
50% is charged if cancelled within 2-4 weeks before arrival date.
100% is charged is cancelled within 2 weeks from arrival date.
We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in GBP. Bank Transfers to a Spanish Bank is also available.
