The apartment is located just a two minute drive or 12 minute walk from Puerto Banus beach and Harbour. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as Marbella, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The villa benefits from a shared pool and tennis courts and has several golf courses near by. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace with mountain views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and two twin bedrooms, the apartment is ideal for couples or families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa Del Sol area stretches from Gibraltar eastward to Almeria and is famous for more than 30 of Europe’s finest Golf Courses. The whole area is famous for the Pueblos Blancos (white towns) set in fortified hilltops and whitewashed in the Moorish tradition. With an average of approximately 300 days of sunshine a year it’s ideal for families looking for great weather and activities.
Marbella is the most perhaps the most upmarket city in Spain and offers an unrivalled shopping experience. If you ‘plastic’ starts to wilt you can also visit the old town around the Plaza de la Constitucion, with a 16th century town hall, fountain and castle - the Castillo de Madera. Next to Marbella lies Puerto Banus, with the hottest nightlife on the coast. This glamorous port also boasts good beaches, endless shopping and superb restaurants. San Pedro de Alcantara lies to the other side of Puerto Banus. Here you will find a 6th century Visigothic basilica.
Just north lies the ancient town of Ronda, set over the famous gorge, El Tajo, with many sights to visit, including Spains oldest bullring. The spectacular 30 mile drive to Ronda through rocky landscapes, woods and ravines was voted one of Europe’s top ten drives by the AA.
Puerto Banus / Los Naranjos De Marbella area
Puerto Banus is undoubtedly the most fashionable resort in Southern Spain. The town boasts two large modern shopping centres, numerous restaurants, bars and boutiques as well as the famous harbour accommodating some of the Mediterranean's finest yachts. Beautiful sandy beaches, many restaurants (Spanish, Thai, Italian, Chinese, Japanese and American) and endless designer clothes stores with a super car on every corner are the trademarks of Puerto Banus.
A local market is held at the Bullring every Saturday for bargains. Nightclubs include Pangea, Ocean Club and Glam. Younger children will enjoy the miles of sandy beaches and nearby waterpark.
Play golf day or night at Dama de Noche Golf club. This 9 hole course, located directly next door to the Los Naramjos complex has floodlights to enable you to play after dark. Many other great courses are within a short drive of the complex.

Step 2 : From Malaga Airport to the Apartment
Malaga Airport is around a 45 minute journey from Los Naranjos de Marbella. Malaga Airport is Spain’s 4th largest, handling over 12 million passengers a year. As a result, it has superb excellent connections to nearby Marbella and Puerto Banus.
You therefore have a choice of ways of getting from the Airport to the apartment.

BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS
Bookings requested by phone or email will be held for 7 days, pending receipt of a deposit payment.
If payment is not received after 7 days, we reserve the right to let the apartment to someone else.
Booking Deposit : Bookings are not formally secured until we receive a booking deposit of 20% of the rental cost, along with a completed Booking form.
Balance Payment : The remaining 80% of the cost is payable 45 days prior to the start of your holiday
Security Deposit : A security deposit of £150 must be paid when paying the main balance of your holiday. This covers the cost of any damage or breakages during your stay in the property and its contents, inside and outside, excluding normal wear and tear. The security deposit will be forwarded to you on your return to the UK, less any deductions for damages reported to us by the designated key holder.

In the event of you choosing to cancel your stay for any reason prior to arriving at the accommodation, the following cancellation and refund policies apply:
Booking Deposit - Non refundable
Security Deposit - Refunded in full
Balance Payment - The balance payment is refundable on a sliding scale, determined by how close your cancellation is to the date of your stay.
Less than 30 days : No refund of balance payment
30 days - 45 :75% refund of balance payment (less any bank transfer costs)
45 days + : 100% refund of balance payment (less any bank transfer costs)
